3度目の利用です。リフトがないのでいつも2階の部屋でスーツケースを持って階段を上るのに苦労していました。今回はフロントの女性がスーツケースが多いのを見て1階の部屋に変えてくれました。感謝でいっぱいです。

Very expensive for what it offers, just about passible, everything felt very tired and old needs a refresh, carpet was stained, bathroom was dated and needs some major tlc. Bed was comfy and clean

Didn't partake in breakfast, £5 to park

Great location, in a nicely modern service station with a Starbucks drive thru and Pizza Express. The view from the window was pine trees and the car park (and our car). You can only access from the Southbound services. The best thing was the value for money. Couldn't beat the price elsewhere. Reception staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Motorway stop south. If going north it is not convenient. Did the job and good stop just shame about reception.

No breakfast facilities on the hotel use the services next door

Hotel was clean and tidy and room was a good size , bed very comfortable had a good nights sleep . Shame there was a parking charge but that seems to be the norm where ever you go

Could not stay as their computer was down and they would not accept my prepaid receipt. Wanted me to pay again. I refused. Woman on reception was very rude.

The room noting like on the website very unclean dirty massive steins on the carpet room small !! Never seen anything like this before at my life!!!

Couldn’t knock the hotel for what I paid. Very clean, nice room. Only thing to consider if you’re staying here is that it’s not a services off of a roundabout like some, you actually have to join the motorway for access. So maybe consider elsewhere if you’re planning on taking multiple trips in and out.

Flooring in the bedroom was stained

Its a motorway service so you get what you pay for. Its convenient, clean and value for money. There is not a bar despite the description, there are limited number of bottled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from reception. Its no problem because the food outlets in the motorway services sell wine, beer etc

The room dirty and dusty unfortunately the bathroom had mould and dust round fittings and tiles the bath was a disabled one so was 4ft long and 1.5ft deep no go for a 6ft 1 adult shower was max 4ft high and water pressure was very very slower and luke warm and full of limescale floor board all loose round the room mattress was lumpy and still on July August September flip only one set of towels and only two pillows but the staff was friendly
