3度目の利用です。リフトがないのでいつも2階の部屋でスーツケースを持って階段を上るのに苦労していました。今回はフロントの女性がスーツケースが多いのを見て1階の部屋に変えてくれました。感謝でいっぱいです。

Could not stay as their computer was down and they would not accept my prepaid receipt. Wanted me to pay again. I refused. Woman on reception was very rude.

The room noting like on the website very unclean dirty massive steins on the carpet room small !! Never seen anything like this before at my life!!!

Couldn’t knock the hotel for what I paid. Very clean, nice room. Only thing to consider if you’re staying here is that it’s not a services off of a roundabout like some, you actually have to join the motorway for access. So maybe consider elsewhere if you’re planning on taking multiple trips in and out.

Flooring in the bedroom was stained

Its a motorway service so you get what you pay for. Its convenient, clean and value for money. There is not a bar despite the description, there are limited number of bottled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from reception. Its no problem because the food outlets in the motorway services sell wine, beer etc

The room dirty and dusty unfortunately the bathroom had mould and dust round fittings and tiles the bath was a disabled one so was 4ft long and 1.5ft deep no go for a 6ft 1 adult shower was max 4ft high and water pressure was very very slower and luke warm and full of limescale floor board all loose round the room mattress was lumpy and still on July August September flip only one set of towels and only two pillows but the staff was friendly

Room - door was unlocked 2 days in a row and no one sorted it. Room - dirty, stains on floor, marks on wall Facilities - had to go to reception twice as when out sign out for new items in room no one came Staff - customer service poor Hotels.com - not advertising £5 per night parking

Everything was good, shower worked really well too.

Receptionist was not engaging and general condition of the hotel was not very good.

Room had fresh dog poo stain on the carpet. Window catch was broken. Bedding smelt of cigarette smoke and clearly not fresh. Would not stay here again

Undisclosed £5 parking fee. This is a hotel at a motorway services that charges extra for parking if you don't book direct, but their advertisement on Expedia says explicitly "free self parking" which is a lie. Breakfast options are poor, at "The Good Breakfast" at the services, which is about as dire as you can get; cheap ingredients swimming in oil at a premium price. Plan to eat elsewhere.
