セミスイートを予約したつもりが、スイートでした。 スタッフはフレンドリーで良かった。朝食も清潔感あり、楽しい旅が出来ました。

家族3人で4泊しました。お部屋もロビーもアンティーク家具で揃えてありお洒落で居心地のよかったです。バスタブもあり、ベッドや空調も完璧でした。比較的治安のよい立地でプラド美術館までのお散歩が気持ちよかったです。客層はリッチな欧米人老夫婦が多く、ひっそりこじんまりしたホテルなのでアジア人が大人数でワイワイしたり子連れだと浮いてしまうと思いますが、マドリードでゆっくりとオトナなホテルライフを楽しみたいのであればお勧めです。

周辺はどちらかというとオフィス街ですが、最寄りのAlonso Martinez駅から徒歩4分ほどの立地。コロン広場、サラマンカ地区にもまずまず近いです。 部屋番号は２桁、私の利用した部屋のある２階は部屋数４部屋と、極めて小規模ですが、その分スタッフと宿泊客が相互に顔を覚えられる程度の距離の近さがあります。 内装はとても豪華で歴史を感じさせるものですが、バスルームをはじめとても清潔でした。 アメニティもETRO（イタリア？）のシャンプーやボディソープなど充実したものでした。 レストランも食事の前に別室でカクテルと生牡蠣が振舞われた他、料理は食材も調理も盛り付けもとても素晴らしいものでした。 お薦めします。

従業員の質も高く、非常にホスピタリティーの高いホテルでした。トリップアドバイザーで1位に輝いたことがあるのにも納得しました。

夜、寝ようとしたらスタッフが、こちらがノックの音に返答する前に、勝手に解錠し、部屋に入って来ようとした。内鍵もDon't disturb の掛け札も無かったので、Don't unlock the door とはり紙をし、ドアの内側に椅子を並べてドアをブロックして寝た。一人で宿泊していたので、とても怖かった。清掃もいい加減な感じで、前の客が使用したままの様な濡れたグラスを置いた跡が残っていた。タオルにも綿ぼこりが幾つか付いていた。 ガッカリでしたが、レセプションのスタッフで一人だけプロ意識の高い人がいた。客の顔と部屋番号を覚えていた。ホテル周辺の事など、親切に分かりやすく教えてくれた。

The 5-star-hotel was great!! Small but sophisticated. It's located in a quiet area and easy to access to anywhere. I had a reservation with a twin room with a view of the garden. At first, they offered us a double room by mistake, but they changed a room for us soon. We stayed 5 nights and had a dinner at the restaurant once. All of staff was always very nice to us. The washroom and the bath room were separated, it was very comfortable for us. We have nothing to complain about other than the wrong type of the room. 規模は小さいですが、洗練された上品なホテルです。また近所にイギリス大使館があり、閑静でお洒落なエリアにあります。ビュー付きの部屋にしたので、部屋から小さな庭が見えました。広さも十分にあり、トイレとバスルームは分れていたので使い勝手が良かったです。唯一は、最初にツインを予約したのに、チェックインの際に案内されたのはダブルだったことぐらいですが、すぐに部屋を変えてくれたので評価には影響しませんでした。

This hotel is located in very convenience area because of near metro station and shopping street. We have really enjoyed their excellent service at the hotel. We would like to stay here in next time, too!!

good restaurants nearby. had a good nights sleep, though i think the kitchen is close to a couple of rooms as could hear pots and pans banging till midnight.

Probably the worst bed I have ever slept in — it was actually more comfortable to sleep on the floor. My whole family was surprised at how hard the beds were. Unfortunately, we also all suffered from food poisoning on the first day after eating at the restaurant and were very sick by the time we returned home. On a positive note, some of the staff were brilliant. They even sent me a piece of an amazing cheesecake for my birthday and were generally very helpful, although a couple of staff members had a poor attitude. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful. However, my last stay was nicer for some reason — the rooms were prettier, and the beds were better. When I asked, I was told that the beds had been changed since my last visit. The location is spectacular, and the lobby and small garden terrace are lovely. The tea and desserts are fantastic, but the main food could be better, especially for a Michelin guide restaurant.

We arrived at Orfila without having done any preparation or research as we had been planning to go to Dubai until the Iranians started firing missiles and drones at the UAE. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful with suggestions and the restaurant staff were particularly helpful for my wife who is coeliac. Bruce, the concierge, deserves a particular thank you
