総合評価とレビュー Torre De Cali Plaza Hotel

There are numerous Sercotel properties in Colombia,last year I stayed in Bogota Plaza Summit then really satisfied with its quality. But compared to Bogota Plaza,Torre de Cali was tortally dissapointed and I will NOT recommend anybody to stay this place. My room was premier room on 11th floor,announced as the best category of this hotel,but it was nasty old space and hot shower frequently unavailable. Also I was so frustrated with slow elevators,poor breakfast,and more than anything,rude person I contacted with email before my arrival. This person's answers to my question about hotel service are missing the point very often,because don't understand what I asked for in English. Not only that,this person sometimes react in offensive way to my additional questions. After checkout,I sent them email again to show my gratitude for nice staff I saw in the hotel,but they ignored. Difficult to understand this for me because I can swear I didn't treat them with bad manner or rude behavior from the beggining to the end. Anyway,they really don't know what the customer service is,so if you wish to have comfortable stay in Cali,just stay away from here.

The hotel is a bit abandoned, they need to remodel the lobby, elevators and rooms.

Confortable limpieza excelente.importante aclarar q las huellas biométricas cuando se entra a Colombia no sirven para tener la excepción del impuestos. Piden sello y eso no lo colocan pasaporte si usas biométricas

2 staff for the entire hotel. Was like a ghost town. Rooms were lacking decor and amenities. I checked out after one night as and forfeit my second night as I didn’t want to be there.

Estuvo excelente con flexibilidad y disponibilidad desde inició con la recepcionista Fernanda que nos dio la habitación antes del check in porque la habitación ya estaba lista. El personal en general son muy amables aunque un poco distraídos. Nos respetaron nuestra solicitud de tener una habitación en lo más alto. Tienen una excelente ubicación y te cuidan todo el tiempo dando indicaciones a dónde pues ir sin tomar riesgos.

El personal en especial Sr. Hector en la entrada, la Sra. Esther en el restaurante y en general todo el personal de servicio

Bed are exelent and confortable. but during nights time there is so much noise due ambulance coming in and out .

El hotel presenta varios signos de deterioro. El tapete ya está bastante viejo y presenta cierto olor. Las habitaciones no tienen muy buena ventilación. Los ascensores bastante descuidados e incómodos.

They had a hard time finding reservation and payment. Not good

Para mí fue muy linda la experiencia hospedarme allí , una vista expectacular de la ciudad , lo único fue el baño , caía muy poca agua y eso hacía incómodo al absñarse y el aire acondicionado no infriaba mucho , El desayuno espectacular muy variado y rico , y el personal eficiente y respectuiso , me gustó mucho 😜😜

Excellent stay..large corner room with amazing views of the city..rooftop with DJ cocktails/ food under the stars..will stay again when in Cail
