There are numerous Sercotel properties in Colombia,last year I stayed in Bogota Plaza Summit then really satisfied with its quality. But compared to Bogota Plaza,Torre de Cali was tortally dissapointed and I will NOT recommend anybody to stay this place. My room was premier room on 11th floor,announced as the best category of this hotel,but it was nasty old space and hot shower frequently unavailable. Also I was so frustrated with slow elevators,poor breakfast,and more than anything,rude person I contacted with email before my arrival. This person's answers to my question about hotel service are missing the point very often,because don't understand what I asked for in English. Not only that,this person sometimes react in offensive way to my additional questions. After checkout,I sent them email again to show my gratitude for nice staff I saw in the hotel,but they ignored. Difficult to understand this for me because I can swear I didn't treat them with bad manner or rude behavior from the beggining to the end. Anyway,they really don't know what the customer service is,so if you wish to have comfortable stay in Cali,just stay away from here.

Staff, amenities, Nothing like the photos. I was subjected to discrimination and racism and had nowhere to complain. The hotel is very old and neglected, the elevator has serious problems, the lights don't turn on, you don't know what you're asking for, it's terrible. Expedia should refund my money. Discrimination and racism!! And I had nowhere to complain. Don't trust Expedia or Hotel Torre de Cali, it's awful.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Uralte Holzverkleidungen die sowieso nicht schön sind, abgenutzt sind sie furchtbar. Luxus gibt es gar nicht. Das Frühstück minimal und ebenfalls ganz schlechte Qualität. Keine Selbstbedienung. Man bekommt einen Teller voll und könnte sich mehr holen nehme ich an. Ich habe lieber in einem nahegelegenen Café gegessen so schlecht war es. Das gym ist zu vergessen. Die Dusche mal gerade so warm genug. Die Dachterrasse kann man nur gegen Gebühr betreten. Ist NICHT inbegriffen!!!!! Somit gibt es nur die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer sofern man denn in einem hohen Stockwerk wohnt. Sehr enttäuschend alles....

Overall I was disappointed. My first room had a faulty air conditioner and it took four days to be moved. The guest elevator was frequently used by staff with carts and was often dirty, reducing guest privacy. The Zhamar spa has poor booking procedures; the QR code does not work and appointments require WhatsApp. I paid for a 90 minute massage and received 60 minutes, and staff declined to reimburse the missing time. Positives: strong security and great city views. I will not return.

Los servicios del hotel son muy limitados; comidas, bebidas, etc. las habitaciones están bastante deterioradas y viejas, los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien, suenan demasiado y no permiten un buen descanso. Los ascensores son muy viejos, lentos y demorados.

Todo está excelente es un súper hotel quedamos fascinadas la atención de 10 sin duda lo recomiendo 💖

Me senti robado. Reservé para dos adultos y una niña de 7 años y cuando llegué la rerva era para dos Ya que no era culpa de ellos. . Me tocó pagar 84.000 mas mas 56.000 de impuestos. Me acomidaron en una pieza de una sola cama y me toxó compartir con la niñera. No subieron las maletas. El piso estaba sucio. Al levantarme al vaño los pies quedaban negros. No hay cama auxiluar. Siendo tres solo hubo dos toallas. Al lado de la pieza un ruido de un motor ensordecedor toda la noche.b. La espera del ascensor es eterna. La que atiende en la recepció ademas de tener una cara desagradable y antipatica, es grosera, no presenra ninguna solucion. Realmente me senti robado. Terminé pagando pir un pesimo servicio mas que en el Dan, que el Hilton Hapro. Y el desayuno muy regular.
