Great location! Hotel needs a major upgrade. Lobby and stairways are smelly.

Hébergement désuet! Tout date! Zéro savon ds la douche, lavé avec du shampoing… Plate-bande au devant de l’hôtel totalement envahie par les mauvaises herbes…Le positif: matelas et literie super confo!

The hotel was very convenient and easy to park. We were there during the winter months for a volleyball tournament. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Rooms filled with damaged furniture, flaking paint, noisy AC, no hot water on one day. Breakfast was no different than from my any other budget hotel. Servers were good but not necessary to just serve coffee? Our wing was noisy and seniors appeared to living in the facility. Loud church choir music was playing frequently for some reason. The furniture was old, dented, handles falling off, washroom door would not close properly and shower rod was loose and falling off. Location was great and parking was close and free. The decor and hotel felt very, very old, dated, dark and gloomy.

Very nice breakfast selection. Friendly servers pouring coffee at your table is a nice touch for a hotel buffet breakfast. Wonderful location for the vendor village and harbourfront theater. We will be back.

Will never travel back to this hotel, dirty, breakfast is included, but they expect you to tip. Windows open wide, so people could walk and look in your window. Did not feel safe there.

We loved our room and had a beautiful view of the water! The welcome basket was top tier and not expected at all. Will definitely be back to stay!

The majority of the reception staff seemed to be obsessed with their mobile phones rather than serving guests. The room was a reasonable size & the bed was comfortable. The pool was seriously cold. Unfortunately breakfast - at best - was only meh. But HOLMAN'S ICE CREAM PARLOUR is just a stone's throw away :) Would I stay here again? Probably not.

We loved our stay here. Stayed 4 nights with two children ages 5 and 6. Staff were amazing. Breakfast buffet was good. The only issue we had was that the pool is kept very very very cold. My kids lips were blue after a few minutes, and other guests came in with kids or alone and couldnt get in past their hips due to the freezing temperature, which is a shame because we specifically booked for the pool. Other than that, the stay was great!

We stayed for 1 night, 4 guests in a double room. The room was large and spacious with a beautiful boardwalk/ocean view! The staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was beautifully maintained from the outside, stunning plants and grass was well kept! The interior was pretty clean but a the decor was a bit outdated!

This property is definitely not as advertised. Run down and needs updating. Food is terrible. Not worth the money at all! Only good thing is the location.
