アクセスが悪い。 バスかFC3かどちらか。 ビックリするぐらい急な階段を登らないと駅からホテルに行けない。 閑静な住宅街にあるホテル。 周りにスーパーもない。 入ったらベッド。部屋がめちゃ狭い、部屋が地下だった。外からダイレクトに入れるからセキュリティー大丈夫だろうか？と思った。朝ごはんの色どり品揃えはとても良い！ガーデン風のレストランで味は絶品ではないが、フルーツもあり満足。でも立地的に交通機関で観光したい人には進めない。

観光用ではありません。スタッフはフレンドリーなものの、箱が問題です。公共交通機関（バスや電車）は各１時間に１本ぐらいと、タクシーに頻繁に乗ることになります。また、ガーデンビューとありますが、玄関の車寄せが見える部屋で快適とは言えませんでした。親子で宿泊したため、カードキーでないことも不便でした。 This hotel is not for sightseeing persons. Staff were friendly, location was not so good for sightseeing spots and almost no public transportation. Actually, there were station and bus stops near hotel, but we had to wait around 1 hour. And they allocate us to the room faced driveway apron although they promised garden view… it was not acceptable. Never stay here again… It is a kind of staff waiting room!

宿泊料金の割に、ホテルは良かった。ただし、ツインの部屋はB1だったので、ホテルの作業員から覗き込まれる虞あった。Web登録時にバスタブ付きを選んだが、送られて来た確定メールでは風呂の記述がなく、実際風呂はシャワーであった。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで満足のいくものであった。部屋には湯沸かし器具がなかったので、食堂でお湯をもらった。空の魔法瓶が役に立った。地下にはトレーニングマシンとジャグジー風呂があったが使えなかった。ホテルからテルミニ駅までのタクシー料金は16ユーロだった。ホテルは英語が通じたのでブロークンな英語でコミュニケーション可能だった。バスを使いこなせたら、ローマ市内に出かけるには便。切符は列車、地下鉄、バス、電車に共通で、100分間乗り放題（1,5ユーロ）と1日間乗り放題（6ユーロ）があった。

Albergo molto bello, camere piuttosto piccole. Il comfort ha lasciato a desiderare, il riscaldamento era troppo alto e ho dovuto tenere aperta la finestra per compensare. Ho fatto presente alla reception che si è attivata, ma il problema non è stato risolto e si moriva di caldo ( 26 gradi in camera). Zona silenziosa e posizione strategica per eventi all’auditorium.

Mi è stata assegnata una camera piccola e fuori dall’albergo. Mi aspettavo di meglio essendo un cliente fidelizzato.

Una notte di passaggio, ma hotel molto gradevole e sistemazione facile da raggiungere ai Parioli. Colazione bene con buona varietà.

A very cute boutique hotel….. paper thin walls was the only downside.

There was nowhere to unpack, only hanging space. This was a room for two occupied by one. If two persons had tried to occupy it, where would they have unpacked?

The place is old. No amenities. The bathroom has no shelves. No convenient features . I would give it a 2* not a 4. No restaurants Could not even get a plug for the phone. Stay away from this place. Breakfast is bad.

The staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful regarding our questions about food and transportation, as well as when we needed something in our room. The free breakfast was wonderful. We also at dinner once at the restaurant, and both food and cocktails were delicious. One (of many) reasons for picking this hotel was because they offered "laundry facilities" on-site. We were traveling from Paris and packed assuming we would do laundry upon arriving in Rome. Truth be told, it was a "laundry service" and turned out to be very expensive. I probably could have bought a new wardrobe for what I spent laundering them.

L'albergo si trova nel centro del quartiere Parioli... Un po' isolato dal punto di vista dei mezzi pubblici.... Le camere del seminterrato devono avere un altro prezzo di mercato...molto buona la colazione, variegata e abbondante

The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The hotel did not have an accessibility for people that are disabled example was the bathtub There were no barriers for a person to hold onto. The TV was not a smart TV only had one English Channel, which was the news. The breakfast was always the same. There’s no change up for each day. It was either scrambled eggs or bacon. The bacon was barely cooked and soaked in oil. The air conditioner was not working and it got warm in the room. When taking a shower there was no fan, so when your done everything is fogged and full of moisture also there’s no shower curtain, so all the water went on the floor which is unsafe as I did slip. When charging our phones over night, when shutting the lights off to sleep it shot all the receptacles so our phones couldn’t charge. Not having access to the coffee machine till a certain time, having to pay 10 euros for 2 coffees. The mattress was very hard and the pillows very flat.

Un peu loin du centre-ville. Il faut une quinzaine de minutes en bus pour arriver au centre. Aucune aide apportée pour monter la poussette et les valises car j'étais seule avec des enfants et il y'a des escaliers devant et dans l'hôtel! Salle de bain trop petite, surtout pour une famille. Idem pour l'ascenseur. Impossible d'y rentrer à 2, or nous étions 4 dont 3 petits enfants ! Nous avons été envahi par des guêpes pendant le petit-déjeuner et nous n'en avions pas pu profiter. Le jeune monsieur au petit déjeuner était d'une nonchalance et ne sait pas accueillir. Aucun "bonjour " Je lui ai demandé plusieurs fois de nettoyer la table mais il ne l'a jamais fait! Cest une jeune demoiselle qui l'a fait promptement suite à ma demande. La jeune dame et le monsieur à l'accueil m'ont aidé en m'indiquant comment aller en ville et au colisée. Merci pour ça !

Great hotel in a quiet location. A bit removed from the main attractions so needs a taxi in most cases but not too far
