Great Staff. Room “updated” but some shoddy workmanship. Overall a fine experience

One female staff was exceptional.The others were OK. I found 2 cockroaches in my room,took pictures,informed front desk and they moved me to another room .They should have done more, in my opinion.The manager said sorry about that .On their website they advertise a fitness room which presently does not exist.They should remove the pictures from the website.

My stay was wonderful, I found the room very clean and cozy. I booked the suite, and it was all I could have asked for, It felt like a well divided bachelor apartment. Will definitely be back.

Great spot for a staycation

Nice and close to the amenities we wanted, such as Exhibition Park, Bayers Lake shopping and restaurants as well as Halifax shopping center. Staff was great, rooms cleaned, we had a renovated room but my daughter didn't. Breakfast was good, however a big fruit bowl would have been good for my grandkids and a pancake warmer would be wonderful. Free parking is great also.

Lovely friendly staff who did all they could to reduce the inconvenience of Air Canada losing my luggage. Thank you!

we had one of the new handicapped rooms it was fantastic the staff and even the workmen were most helpful and very friendly it is always a pleasure staying there

Parking easily but they don't offer other options for breakfast. Staff were helpful

Noisier than previous stays and fan for heating/cooling unit was extremely loud. Had to turn off unit to sleep
