夜遅くにチェックインして、シャワーを浴びようと思ったら、シャワーにたくさん毛が落ちていた。明らかに掃除がされていなかった。 バスルームにはティッシもケースだけあって中身が補充されておらず。 カーテンも破けていて、メインテナンスがきちっとされていなかった。

Well located property. Could use more kitchen utensils but you can easily cook simple meals or eat out nearby.

Close to Campbell community center

the sheer curtain was torn. A little ghetto

Such a big place !! Staff was so nice .. although the sofa bed definitely needs new cushioning … quiet calming clean place ! Would definitely stay there again .

Rooms have some stale odor almost urine smell

The property is located in an easily accessed location, close to freeways and local amenities. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was okay. It could improve. The staff who takes care of the morning breakfast was not friendly & has attitude problem. She was grouchy. Looks like to me that She doesn’t enjoy her work. Choices of food for breakfast are very limited. Room was old & needs a lot of improvements.

Walls are paper thin, can hear the people in the room next to you.

Mistake not resolved in a timely fashion

The elevator closest to the windows was making noise so bad I was scared to use it. The room was nice size but very dated. Bathroom door looked broken but would close ok. Beds and room was very dated and needed updating. Overall it was ok for what I needed and the price was reasonable enough.

Always a great stay. Friendly and efficient staff.

This property is not that old but is in disrepair. The battery on the back entry went out and you could not go in through that door. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. Breakfast varied day to day. One day would be only carbs and they next day there would be eggs and bacon.

Key cards constantly failed

I've stayed several times, it'salways a great experience. Great kitchen, great separate room, very cozy and clean.

I arrived at 11:00 pm at night. Front desk assured me there we're security cameras around back where I had to park since the front parking was packed full. She was correct. I felt safe and never uneasy. Great neighborhood . My room was very nice. Everything was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Front desk young lady was very nice & helpful. After a long day I felt welcomed and comfortable.

This hotel building is old.

The location is pretty good, stuff near by but not too walkable. Safe clean area as well. Rooms were nice, staff was friendly, weight room and breakfast were available but nothing crazy. It was a overall a good enjoyable stay here.
