日本人なのでバスタブにお湯を張れるように栓があるとうれしいです

The reception staff were not attentive. Everytime I entered/exited the hotel no one even looked at me nor greeted me.

ベッド脇に照明のスイッチがなかったり、浴室のタオル掛けが必要分はないですが。全体的に良いほうだと思います。料金はその分かかっています。

部屋は広いが朝食が貧弱。パンと飲み物があれば満足な人はいいが、果物やスクランブルエッグなどがほしい人には物足りない。朝食代が部屋代に含まれていないために1回に付、8ドルを支払わなければならないが、内容がよくない。

Cama boa, Internet boa, recepção boa, localização excelente, café da manhã fraco, o que não estava bom foi resolvido muito rápido.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y cómodo, pero le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. El agua de la bañera se salía, la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente, el televisor se apagaba continuamente para actualizar. El personal atento.

Todo bien, volvería con mucho gusto.

Excelente servicio de todo el personal, excelente ubicación...sin embargo al hotel le falta una renovación urgente de mobiliario y el hotel en general. En persona es más antiguo que las fotos. Su excelente servicio es lo mejor del hotel

I had a chat conversion before checking in. When we cheched out, the hotel charged $79.71 USD for 3rd bed setting which we did not asked in the chat.beds.

En contraste Atencion de Santiago, Y otros no ha sido bien. Prefiero no mencionen mi nombre publicamente en respuesta a estas reseñas, No hace falta poner mi nombre Y pido no sea asi. I placed the do not enter sign. I came to my room, They blocked my key entry!!, And someone opened my door, entered without my permission! This is nh panorama. They moved us all here. Violating my room door, entry, privacy is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! ZERO stars!!

Buen hotel. Excelente servicio y prontitud del personal. Actitud amigable. Instalaciones y habitaciones ya un poco viejas pero buen mantenimiento Ubicación excelente y segura.

Excellent and professional service in every way. The reception, check-in and check-out process were impeccable! Much faster and more organized than other hotels in the larger and better chains. The organization and helpfulness of the staff in general makes me recommend this hotel to those looking for a pleasant stay with human and professional quality.

Muy buen lugar

Needs some updating, but overall a nice place

It’s a very old hotel. The reception smells bad, and the lifts feel slightly unsafe since the buttons don’t illuminate at all. The area is also a little grimy. While it fell under expectations, the bed wasn’t bad and the aircon works well. The housekeeping staff does a decent job.
