How room looks like was really different from the pictures in website. Seems no windows and basement floor. No outside lights and felt like jail. Asked other room availability but they told us they have no room available with same grade. Upgrade needs to cost extra charge, it was already late nigh and expect so many ad hoc guests. Felt room is very chocked. Undeserving of room rates against quality of service and for comfort. Sometimes Brand name is too trustworthy unfortunately.

設備・リネン等，とても満足しましたが，ルームキーピング（掃除）に些か難がありました． つまりフロアが美しく高級だと一寸した細かいチリやゴミなどが目に付く．早い話が「暑い日」だったので，チェックインして素足で床の冷たさを楽しんでいたら，白い粒のごみがたくさん足についちゃった⋯⋯⋯ということです．何故かはわかりません．ベランダはとてもきれいだったのに⋯⋯⋯． バスルームは自然光が入り通気も良く最高でした．テラス・ベランダも素敵でした．アメニティとしてはこれまでのホテルの中でも最高の水準です．

部屋からはトレドを一望できたし、展望ポイントにも徒歩で行ける近さでかなり良かったが、最後の最後にカメラを部屋に忘れたので、電話して探してもらったが見つからず。嫌な想い出に変わってしまった。

La amabilidad del recepcionista al comentarle que no teniamos espacio para aparcar nuestro coche y quitar el suyo para poder dejarnos el hueco. Nos parecio un estupendo detalle.

Very nice 4-night stay. Marriott hotel is located just outside the walls of Toledo’s old-town, but actually that was a plus because from we were able to appreciate a panoramic view of the entire city. Bus 71 will get you into Toledo Casco Viejo in 5 minutes for just €1.30. The staff at this hotel, especially Diego, at the reception desk, and Teresa, at the breakfast restaurant, were outstanding with their hospitality and service.

The hotel balconies provided an excellent view of Toledo. The rooms were comfortable with Spanish accents. The hotel lacked technical sophistication with spotty wi-fi and a lack of outlets at the desks to get power to the computers. In fact, we tried to connect our computer to the outlet under the desk and the entire outlet came out of the wall. Please note, that there are no restaurants near the hotel that have reliable hours. Besides all that, we had an enjoyable time and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. Also, the breakfast was excellent.

Cuando llegamos, la habitación tenía el aire encendido y estaba congelada. Aunque lo apagamos y abrimos las ventanas, tuvimos que dormir con edredón porque hacía demasiado frío. No era una temperatura confortable, hacía realmente frío. El baño necesitaba una renovación. El embellecedor de la ducha estaba roto y te hacías daño en el dedo para encenderlo. No había mampara y se salía todo el agua. Por último, el personal de limpieza hacía ruido desde primera hora de la mañana y se escuchaba todo.

Very nice, convenient, quiet, and comfortable!

Hotel muy agradable, muy cerca del centro de Toledo, con estacionamiento gratis y buenas instalaciones. Muy linda vista desde la habitación, principalmente de noche!

Outside of town so we weren’t able to walk to the town center. There is a bus stop right out in front though. We drove our car down the street and parked next to the foot bridge which led us into town. They have a lovely breakfast!!

Buenas vistas, buenos amenities. En la bañera deberían colocar algúna barra para poder agarrarse ya que es muy grande y se podría resbalar. Personal muy amable y eficaz

Excellent hotel with a great staff and great rooms. Very convenient with a 15 walk to town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Feel and look of a boutique hotel but not quite hitting the mark in many areas. Evening food was really delicious but options were very limited with no suitable options for vegans and only one salad and one sandwich suitable for vegetarians. No options suitable for young children. Breakfast was nice continental but limited savoury options other than meat, egg and cheese and no suitable dairy free options. The room was nice but no hand soaps etc and the food was very dusty. We also had a beautiful terrace but this was not well maintained and the floor very dirty. Would stay again if visiting the city as location and views make up for it but would make other arrangements if you follow vegetarian/vegan diets or have allergies
