How room looks like was really different from the pictures in website. Seems no windows and basement floor. No outside lights and felt like jail. Asked other room availability but they told us they have no room available with same grade. Upgrade needs to cost extra charge, it was already late nigh and expect so many ad hoc guests. Felt room is very chocked. Undeserving of room rates against quality of service and for comfort. Sometimes Brand name is too trustworthy unfortunately.

設備・リネン等，とても満足しましたが，ルームキーピング（掃除）に些か難がありました． つまりフロアが美しく高級だと一寸した細かいチリやゴミなどが目に付く．早い話が「暑い日」だったので，チェックインして素足で床の冷たさを楽しんでいたら，白い粒のごみがたくさん足についちゃった⋯⋯⋯ということです．何故かはわかりません．ベランダはとてもきれいだったのに⋯⋯⋯． バスルームは自然光が入り通気も良く最高でした．テラス・ベランダも素敵でした．アメニティとしてはこれまでのホテルの中でも最高の水準です．

部屋からはトレドを一望できたし、展望ポイントにも徒歩で行ける近さでかなり良かったが、最後の最後にカメラを部屋に忘れたので、電話して探してもらったが見つからず。嫌な想い出に変わってしまった。

Hotel was built into an old villa. Full of charm. The views of Toledo from the hotel are stunning. It’s quick 7 minutes into town. Decent continental breakfast . Staff is very helpful!

Parking was on premise, but need to navigate stairs, which could be burdensome if you have heavy luggages. Otherwise, it was good.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel en Toledo fue muy agradable. El hotel estaba muy limpio, cuidado y resultó ser un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de visitar la ciudad. Aunque está situado en las afueras, se llega al centro de Toledo en apenas cinco minutos en coche, por lo que resulta muy práctico si buscas tranquilidad sin alejarte demasiado. Además, cuenta con parking gratuito, algo que se agradece mucho y que no siempre es habitual en la mayoría de hoteles. También tiene una parada de autobús justo en la puerta, que te deja en el centro de Toledo, lo cual resulta muy cómodo si prefieres no mover el coche. El desayuno tipo bufé nos pareció muy bueno, variado y con productos de buena calidad. También queremos destacar la atención del personal, que fue en todo momento amable, cercano y muy pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos. Mención especial merece Rocío; una de las recepcionistas. Coincidió que jugaba la selección española de fútbol y el canal no estaba sintonizado. Se preocupó muchísimo por solucionarlo y estuvo pendiente hasta conseguirlo. Cuando llegué, ya estaba todo preparado para poder ver el partido, un detalle que demuestra una atención al cliente excelente. En definitiva, un hotel muy recomendable para alojarse en Toledo: tranquilo, limpio, cómodo, con buen desayuno, parking gratuito, buena conexión con el centro y un personal encantador.

Bottle of water is given the first day no matter how many days you stay and after that you must buy. I find it very cheap.

Location was excellent for us. It’s just outside the old town, which we actually appreciated. It felt more calm and removed from the crowds and noise, but still close enough to easily walk to all the main sights and attractions. It gave us the best of both worlds: convenience without the chaos. On top of that, we got exactly the room we reserved, which made the whole experience even smoother and more satisfying.

Quite a small hotel perched up on the side of a hill overlooking Toledo. Pleasant and helpful staff but not quite the Marriott Hotel experience that I had been used to. “Managed by” says it all.

Amazing room with views of old Toledo. Amazing helpful and friendly staff. Free parking on site which has been rare at all of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Spain. Will be staying here again.

La decoración es poco antigua, las ventanas no sierran bien y el aire acondicionado no funciona. Si no comes fuera, el hotel ofrece poca cosa.

Room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the old town. Nice easy walk to all the major sites. Staff shared some wonderful stories and provided directions to sites not normally known to tourists.
