荷物預かりサービスがあり、夜、次のフライトを待つ間、ここに荷物を預けました。

私はここに3泊し、同じ料金で4部屋を予約しましたが、結局、とても狭い部屋に案内され、スペースが狭すぎてスーツケースを開けることさえ困難でした。一方、妹は広々とした部屋に案内されました。

ここに泊まるのが大好きです。スタッフはとても親切でした

水圧が弱すぎます。部屋は清潔です。

立地はとても良く、近くにお店もたくさんあり、今回は広めの部屋だったのでとても快適でした。

すべて良かったのですが、コーヒーを簡単に飲めるように、部屋にケトルを置いておくことをホテルにお勧めします。

Hotel ia clean and quite comfort with value for money that we pay as hotel in London. but the most we loke it us that it so near to the London Underground just 2 minutes walk which can connect us with major hotspot here in London.

Location is perfect between tube Queenway and Bayswater, close to halal food and convenient store.The breakfast is standard: coffee tea cereal bread toast croissant. Stay 4 days, same breakfast :(. I am disappointing with the housekeeping, they don't change the sheet, not wash the glass, not empty the trash bin. I complain to the receptionist, he told me to inform the housekeeper, but next day, the housekeeper just empty the trash bin.

Nice stay. Just 2 minutes walk to Bayswater station. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The first 2 night was ok, after 1-week resume back to stay, the room was no clean and change of towel, staff is friendly and helpful at the receptionist counter, but there are charges for luggage of which I m no satisfied with 8 pounds per luggage per day.

The Location is great near the bayswater & queensway station, staffs also nice but the furniture in the room are old and in desperate for some major redecoration!

A good location to stay, nice bed, clean toilet. But the service at the reception when I first checked in wasn't nice, just so so. He gave me a room at basement with broken heating and without phone for internal call. I asked to change the room, but he said fully booked which that's his problem, not mine. He's not sincere enough in doing his job. I supposed to stay there for 2 nights and I finally check out on the second day as I don't want to stay there longer. Can you imagine that if I need something in my room, then I have to go up walk to the lobby reception which that's really waste my time. For the heating, at the end they gave portable heating. I came along with long haul flight, but he gave me a lousy room. So all this need to be improved and any guest must be happy with the improvements.

The bed sheet will not be changed on daily basis unless you request. The room is quite old. Bedside cabinet almost broken.

The room given was totally different with the photos. Toilet is clean but there is uncomfortable smell. Just the location is very strategic

The location and service from the staff was great...although the room is so small ...but the hotel's location is super....close to 2 undergrounds station bayswater and queensway so it will make it easy to go everywhere we wants...halal food easy to find around hotel...hyde park was very close..very recommended...will stay here again for next visit london

Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Old hotel, but I kinda love it. Honestly, when I read all the review, I was nervous and expected the worst. But turns out, my stay was great! The water yes it wasn’t ready to drink—you have to boiled it first. But the other, are good. The water pressure on the shower was good, bathroom clean. A little bit rusty on the sink, but not that bad. Then the bed quite small for solo traveler but clean. TV was working, teas and coffees instant complementary were available. The only thing that sometimes bother me was the heater that somehow pretty old and tends to be a little bit too hot. Maybe they can fix this. But overall, I want to stay here again. My Room number was 403–that would be perfect for solo traveler. The location was just next to Hyde Park Inn, and just at the back of Queensway Tube Station and nearby Malaysian, Turkish, Arabian restaurants also coffeeshops. Cheers

The hotel is very close to underground stations, and not far from Oxford st:) Very helpful and friendly staffs. The room is small but clean and adequate for business travellers.
