There was no water or drink service in the room. There was no kettle to boil water. There were almost no signs directing me to Spa and Fitness Club. It was in a very convenient location for sightseeing.

Väldigt fint hotell med toppläge. Familjerummet låg längst bort ifrån huvudbyggnaden, stort rymligt rum men lite uppfräschning i badrum hade inte skadat. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal

Bra hotell. Men fick vänta på maten över en timma. Dåligt städat. Dammigt på bord, spegel mm.

Otroligt dåligt bemötande vid utcheckningen. Skulle flyga från Gotland vid 19 och bade personalen vid receptionen att lämna mitt bagage till 17. De vägrade på ett mycket nedsättande sätt trots att bagagerummet var halvtomt! Detta har aldrig hänt någonsin!

Bra hotell för det man betalar. Avkopplande spa pool!

Hotel location is perfect in the central parts of Visby. The breakfast capacity was very poor. It was hard to find seats even if we only were two persons

Disappoint from start to end. Cleanliness of the room was horrible, spiders, dust, black mould, cleaning appliances forgotten outside the doors,used bandates in bathroom. Chose this hotel because of the spa which was absolutely disgusting. Dirty and freezing cold water. First day it was booked by large group, no information to other guest and day 2 closed do to lack and dirty water. Spending over 600€ for 3 nights is absolute disgrace for what service you get. And the joke of booking ”better” superior room. Ended up in bottom floor with no view and spiders everywhere. See photos

About Breakfast ・I was happy with the ginger shot; it was my first time trying it! 🌟 The staff explained it to me! Thank you! ・I was satisfied with the quality and quantity. ・I requested in advance for an early check-out before breakfast, and they prepared two types of sandwiches, orange juice, yogurt, and a fruit, which was very helpful. 🌟 ・I didn't request it, so my room was on the second floor. Apparently, if I had requested a nice view, I could have gotten a room on the fifth floor with a good view. It was disappointing this time, but I'll do that next time! ◎The room was quiet and there were no issues with the facilities (I brought indoor slippers). ◎The staff (I spoke with two women and one man) had wonderful smiles and were very friendly. They made me very happy. 🌟Thank you!

Not a good choice for older folks with disabilities. lots of stairs. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The check-in and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. Our room was beautiful, looking over the other historic buildings. The location was perfect, near the ocean and also near some wonderful restaurants. I would definitely, definitely stay there again!
