Great!

This hotel has a great location. Friendly staff and nice rooms. If only each room had their own climate control! Centralized heating - no windows to open so way too warm. We were given a large fan which helped however still way to warm for our liking.

No restaurant no bar hotel should be closef

I went to leave my room and the door lock did not work and I could not secure my room. Front desk staff gave me another room (upgrade) immediately. The location is wonderful, stayed with my dog, went for a beautiful walk at lake front, visiting stores on main road. Beautiful.

From the moment I got there the sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Front desk couldn’t care less. They absolutely knew there was an issue. I got into the room to wash my hands. The sink never was empty after that. By the next morning, it was at max capacity, you couldn’t wash your hands or face or anything. Front desk said “ok, thanks for letting us know”. Spoiled my stay. Couldn’t wash your hands properly afraid the sink would overflow. They totally knew there was a problem but didn’t care. Didn’t offer any solution.

Did not want the date it was to be on October 9 and they would not change it will be doing all I can to have this place rated pooe

Great service and location. We found the air in our room to be stagnant even with the HVAC system on. Housekeeping kindly provided a fan when we asked.

Friendly staff.

We were next to the elevator and at 11:30 & 12:30 kids were running up & down screaming. Our rooms were NEVER done up. They said only ever 3 days. No garbage emptied, beds not made up. When i asked about this the comment was that i should have been told at check in. NO at booking! Bath tub was slippery with no safety bars or safety strips. Was afraid to fall as i was slipping getting in. Don't expect my bed changed daily but made, garbage taken and light vacuum. Furniture and decorations were very old and tired. No double queen rooms. Had to go to desk for a pad & pen and kleenex. Exercise room was in basement, very poor ventilation, no clean mats for floor exercises. Also heard by several locals that they are closing and even heard its going to be torn down, where's the demo team! Front lobby is beautuful! After that down hill. Definitely NOT 7 Star! Very over priced! Usually I stay at Choice chains were they are cheaper, offer a free breakfast AND service the room daily. NEVER will stay there again. Hopefully wrecking ball will arrive soon.

The location suited the purpose for our over night stay in the area.

Nice, quiet, clean and affordable place and convenient to everything we need. Recommended!

The restaurant rep that delivered our dinner was fabulous. He went above to ensure we felt at home with our order and were pleased. The front desk staff were excellent as they did a quick room change after check in to accommodate us deciding to bring our dog. Pool was clean and room was quiet!
