部屋をアップグレードしてくれてとても過ごしやすかったです。 朝食もしっかりしてて美味しかったです。

遅くに到着した場合の案内通り、部屋もすぐわかりました　ただ、鍵の開け方に苦心しました

エアコンと冷蔵庫が無いのが不便でした。 夏の暑い時に行きましたが、昼間はかなり暑くなるので、窓を開けて扇風機を使って凌ぐ感じでしたが、夜もかなりふけてからでないと、涼しくなりませんでした。 でも暖炉はあったので、暑くない季節や冬は問題ないのかもしません。 他の幾つかのホテルも同時に予約しましたが、質問やリクエストのメールを何度か送らせて頂きましたが、一番親切に対応して頂きました。 メールを送っても返信ももらえないホテルもある中、いつも直ぐ返事を頂いて、リクエストにも応じて頂きました。 またチェックイン後に、足りない物をリクエストしたら、直ぐに持って来て頂き、他に◯◯などは必要じゃ無いですか？と聞いてくださったりしました。 また観光スポットの場所を幾つか質問したら、どれも丁寧に詳しく教えて頂き、お陰でとても素敵な場所に行くことが出来ました。 エアコンや冷蔵庫が無かったり、少し古かったりは有りますが、この様な親切な対応をして頂いて、すごく助かりましたし、今回の事はスタッフにもよるのかもしれませんが、とても気分のよい対応のお陰で、ホテルを選んだ後悔は無くなりました。

Great location

Ideal para pasar la noche. Te hacen sentir como en casa.

Not very good lighting other than nightstand lamp. And a very uncomfortable chair that swallows you. And no lighting at the chair if you dared to read in it. Needs a refresh for paint on trim. However, bed comfortable and clean

Kitchen was extremely limited

Antiquated. Never saw anyone from the staff. Can’t imagine this was rated a 4.8 out of 5.

Nice place to stay. Reasonable and close to stores and restaurants in the area.

Excellent hotel, petit dejeuner qualitatif. Personnel à l'acceuil très agréable. Le petit jaccuzi en fin de journée est très agréable!

Luxury Suite. Rooms are old. The floors creek really loud. If you're downstairs, you will need to use their complimentary ear plugs. Furniture is outdated with stains and what not. Outside furniture was broken so we couldn't use it. Cleanliness was sub par, dusty and broken blinds, dusty floor, hair in the sheets, pillows off white, sheets not entirely clean/fresh. The kitchenware was dirty and had melted residue on them. WiFi didn't work. No clothes iron. The TVs had Roku so that was nice. Bed was soft. The fireplace heater was nice as well. Washer and dryer inside the room. If you're booking for bed and breakfast and you don't eat meat, they put meat in the eggs. They will NOT accommodate. We asked the cook for two scrambled eggs on the side and she said no, so I didn't get the pleasure of a hot breakfast. This is very unfortunate for travelers looking for a bed and breakfast. I definitely did not get what I paid for.

Very convenient, walkable location. The woman who was at reception the second night (Sept 3rd) was very friendly and helpful. The actual property could use some love and the rooms could do with some updates but, overall, a good stay

Breakfast is ok and staff are very nice. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly. Good location and reasonable cost per night.

Big nice breakfast, was not expecting that. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here
