We actually never made it to the property. We checked in online and when we started traveling, got an alert about evacuations caused by a wildfire that closed the highway. When we called, the manager rejected our request for a refund. Initially denying there was a road closure, then saying there was an alternate route (that would have added 3 hours to a 2 hour drive) Finally she saw we booked thru Expedia and sent us there. Expedia attempted to contact to resolve. They reported that they spoke with her and she refused. We will specifically avoid this establishment on our future trips through Mammoth.
