駅の目の前でアクセス便利（駅が広いから改札やホームまでは10分くらい？）。わかりにくいけど、駅の裏口も至近なので寒さや雨も防げます。

フランクフルト中央駅から非常に近くわかりやすかった。 近くにレストランがあるため、立地は非常に良いが、大通りにホテルがあるため 夜は騒がしかった。

駅に近く荷物をもって移動も簡単に行けました。駅前はほぼ石畳の影響を受けずに楽に行ける距離です。駅のメイン出口の反対方向になるので夜間は静かになるのもよいと思います。 遅い時間のチェックインだったのですが、スタッフの方が色々対応して貰えました。電気ケトルの貸し出しなども対応してもらえました。

ロビーはビジネスホテル的。ルームサービスの方々は感じがよかったが、フロントの方は人によって差がかなりある。　サービスは宿泊費に比例していないように思う。

古風なたたずまいの品の良いホテルです。 スタッフの方は大変親切で、感じの良い方ばかりです。 レストランの食事も素晴らしい ただ、ネットへの登録が外国人には煩雑で、しかも接続が不安定でした ビジネスでの滞在でしたので、これは特に困りました 禁煙の客室をお願いしましたが、何かタバコ臭い雰囲気もありました

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main train station. However, the area around the hotel can feel a bit dodgy at night, with groups occasionally gathering nearby.

Lamentablemente el recepcionista fue muy malo y su comportamiento no fue acorde a este maravilloso hotel.

Sadly the worst pillows I have ever encountered in a good hotel, and no alternatives available from reception - which ruined my sleep. Otherwise great service and clean rooms.

Nice classic German hotel. Friendly service, big clean room (with window blinds) and solid breakfast buffet. Stylish cozy bar on site. Close to a great beer garden where you can get your schäufele

Je n’ai obtenu de facture et on me renvoie vers votre site où je ne vois comment obtenir une facture C’était déjà le cas avec deux réservations à l’hôtel OKKOde troyes

overall very nice

The room and the bathroom was clean and had all the basics that we needed. The WiFi is not good, I got disconnected all the time. The staff gave the expected service but not more - as guest you get a better impression if you are met with a smile ..... The general impression was that the whole operation is a bit away from nowadays normal standards.

Alles bestens. Ein City-Hotel am Bahnhof hat immer einen gewissen Geräuschpegel, auch nachts. Aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location is close to the train station and very well located for walking and exploring the city center.
