ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋のサイズも大きすぎず、ホテルの立地は渋谷のスクランブル交差点エリアにあるので抜群です。

南山タワーに直結し、眺めも素晴らしい。ロビーはとても清潔で、親切な対応も良かったです。

渋谷の中心部にある、とてもおすすめのホテルです。スタッフもフレンドリーで、5階ロビーからは空港行きの高速バスも出ています。

最高のロケーション。東京に行くときはいつもここに泊まります。

空港へのアクセスはリムジンバスが便利です。

Book the room 2 days before staying here due to sudden urgency. The booking was easy but the price has already soared up since it's a weekend stay. I also book late check out at 18:00 with a fee of ¥16,400 but it's so so worth it to get enough fill of Shibuya <3. Very recommended if you want to explore Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku (nearby Shibuya area) Literally you just need to go down the hotel and you are at Shibuya already! Tired of walking at Shibuya? You just need to walk back to rest at the hotel while still enjoying the Shibuya vibes. You need to at least stay at this hotel 1 time to really feel the Shibuya life. And I warn you, 1 night is not enough! This hotel is the first stop of bus ride to Haneda Airport (only 2 mins walk from the lobby to bus station) and Gotemba. The airport bus also stop at this hotel. So for those bringing a lot of luggage, this hotel is super convenient. Got the room with the view looking toward Shibuya 109 which got me fell in love with this hotel. Am so going to book this hotel again should I back to Shibuya

Excellent! Strategic location. In the centre of tokyo. Near station. And shopping arcade and food. Nice staff and every floors have a vendong machine! Love it!

Very strategic, bus station to/from Narita airport is straight in front of hotel 's lobby, bus to/from gotemba outlet too, great services, quick check in/out process, not to mention it 's inside the shibuya station. Very convenience and easy to go everywhere. Really recommend to travelers that really want hassle free, room rate bit pricey but totally worthed. Especially for travellers that not travel in light or using big luggage like me:).

Stay here for 2nd time and even the staff remembers me :) Really pleasant staying. Definitely will come back when I visit tokyo Easy access from the airport and all the JR as well as the subway.

kalau booking.hati hati dengan permintaan kamar dengan double bed atau twin bed...kamar dengan twin bed lebih luas. lokasi strategis...kalau group yg pakai bus...depan lobby tidak bisa parkir.jadi resikonya gerek gerek koper jauh dan tidak ada porter yg bantu front office help full ramah

Hotel yang terletak di tengah kota shibuya, dekat dengan semua pusat belanja dan restoran, waktu check-in yang cepat dan ramah, layanan yang baik, Request check-in dari Situs Traveloka untuk early dan late check-out yang dipenuhi oleh pihak hotel. Hotel baik dan bersih. Patut untuk dicoba.

Kamarnya besar dan bersih, dekat sekali dengan stasiun Shibuya, pokoknya puas sekali.

Hotel located next to station, room very large and clean. Breakfast delicious. Recommended.
