Joli hôtel très bien placé en centre ville (pas de ZTL) et plutôt calme. Possibilité l’été de déjeuner dehors, cadre sympathique. A 5mn à pied de la gare de train. Par contre matelas inconfortable, on sent tous les mouvements de l’autre personne…Concernant le parking (25€ par jour (grandes places)) en sous sol, impossible de réserver. Ainsi, premiers arrivés, premiers servis…et le nombre de places est limité. Vous devrez vous garer dans la rue (attention pas sur les places jaunes réservées aux résidents) ou dans un parking ouvert avec parcmètre. Pour trouver un parking avec barrière, il vous faudra aller vers la gare, mais prix le week-end très élevé. Ce fut dommage que la personne à l’accueil ne nous ai apporté aucune aide…il a fallut poser des questions pour trouver quoi faire de notre voiture après 8h de route un samedi soir où la ville était bondée…

Personale molto cortese, stanza confortevole, ma piuttosto calda. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta a dicembre

I want to make sure the receptionist that check is in and check us out gets recognized for her hospitality and assistance. I didn’t get her name but she made us feels welcomed and assisted with all our needs. Would like to thank her because she made an impression on our trip

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Europa in Rapallo. The hotel is in terrible condition and clearly has not been properly maintained for many years. The only part that looks halfway decent is the lobby – everything else feels run-down and neglected. The rooms are dirty and damaged, with worn-out furniture and unpleasant odors. The bathrooms have mold and show serious signs of decay. It’s obvious that nothing has been renovated in a long time. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone for the stay. Instead of a welcoming attitude, I felt dismissed and ignored. Noise is also a major problem – it’s very loud at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this hotel is in tragic technical and hygienic condition. I cannot recommend it to anyone, and I strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodation in Rapallo.

Hotel elegante, con clientela varia e personale molto gentile e professionale. Centrale e molto comodo per raggiungere diversi luoghi di interesse dentro e fuori Rapallo, grazie alla buona posizione vicino alla statale Aurelia e alla stazione ferroviaria e dei bus. Colazione varia e buon ristorante. Esperienza decisamente positiva.

Excellent option in Rapallo

Fint hotell med bra läge i Rapallo. Internetuppkopplingen fungerar inte så bra, men annars är det alltid en härlig upplevelse.
