The carpet smelled awful. We went to a store and bought Clorox wipes and and Febreeze air freshener but our room smelled terrible. We left the window open for a bit but as there was no screen on it we had to close it. Housekeeping did not clean our room the next day and we had to request towels (twice). Our room phone didn't work and the remote to the TV was missing. However, the beds were comfortable and the staff very nice.

Property was fine with a clean pool. A provided breakfast would be nice.

This property is currently under construction. No breakfast, no pool, no air dryer, no microwave, no laundry facility available. The only thing going for it was the convenience to stores and restaurants. It was practically sitting on the 101 with such loud traffic it was nearly impossible to rest and that was when the construction wasn't going on. This was a complete rip off and I don't plan to use your service in the future to find a room

This little humble hotel was clean and well-run. We got an upgrade from two double beds to two queen beds. Loads of pillows to choose from. Nice, professional staff. We stayed in lots of hotels on our 8 day trip this was by far the best overall, even when compared to well-known hotels.

Rare to have everything my stay went totally as I expected. Great value.

The hotel grounds were dirty. The room was basic and didn’t feel welcoming. Faceplate for outlet cover missing. We stayed anyway because booking was non refundable. Would not stay again.

Had difficulties with the tv. My accommodation was a downgrade. The WiFi did not work and to top it all off I got ridiculed by staff members when I asked for a change of sheets. Will not be returning.

It’s a basic hotel. It’s not luxurious, but does the job if you need a place to sleep for the night. The room was clean and there are a few options to grab food near the hotel.

Property was in renovations state and quite dirty overall. Holes in the walls of the room, failing security lock. No bath safety matt. Damaged microwave, horrible lighting. Bed was comfortable but I needed an extra blanket and there was none to be found. Advertised breakfast was not to be had. Real rip off for the price.

Second time for a long term stay at this hotel. Staff are very nice, responsive to room requests and available throughout the stay.

Ok stay, bed was a little uncomfortable and you can hear all the traffic noise outside. But for the price and location, Id stay there again. Looks like they are making some exterior improvements.

Couldnt watch tv. The remote was taped. The bed was rock hard. The room was very small. Wouldn't recommend

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the last few weeks and it’s been convenient and a good spot both times. Easy location to find right off the freeway and close to food/shopping. Rooms are a good size and clean. Last night we’d driven far, arrived late and Richard went out of his way to haul a microwave up to our room on the third floor so we could heat our food. All other employees have been nice and helpful too.

When we entered the room the a/c was set at 90 degrees. The room was hot and a smell of something burnt permeated the room. We aired out the room and reset the thermostat. The bed had human hair on the bedspread. The TV remote did not work. The room faced the freeway that was extremely loud. I slept a total of three hours. Needless to say, we spent the second night of our stay in another room. Don’t stay in room 118, you’ll be sorry! The hotel is a motel 6 by another name. Save your $, stay somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation.
