総合評価とレビュー Akgun Istanbul Hotel

値段の割にいまいち 朝食　10ﾕｰﾛ 立地 トラムの駅から離れているので観光には不便。また、駅周辺も食べる所などほとんど無いです。見当たらなかった。 室内 freeWi-Fi　部屋では繋がらなかった ベッドメイキング　2日目は手抜き お風呂　バスタブ有り。が排水がいまいち。 冷蔵庫　ホテルが売りつけたい物を詰めているので、自分で購入したものを入れる余地があまりない。 その他 到着後、フルーツのサービスがありましたが、リンゴとか洋梨がカットしていないのに、食事に使うナイフとフォークしかなく、皮を剥くのに一苦労した。 値段の割に良い印象が無いです。 部屋は広くて綺麗でしたが、エレベーターホールに近かった為、ホールの音がうるさかったです。

部屋は改装されており、快適。ただ、エアコンの効きがいまいち。空港からも地下鉄で行け、場所は便利。

６泊しましたが、ホテルには欧米人の姿をほとんど見かけず、日本人は皆無でした。場所はエクスペディアから直前に来たメールや住所からGoogle mapで探したところとはかなり離れており、深夜の到着でかなり苦労しました。 旧市街からもタクシムからも離れていますし、ホテルの人に聞くとタクシーしかないとの返事でした。しかし、調べてみるとメトロの駅は目の前、トラム・メトロバスの停車場まで徒歩５分強でした。深夜でも男性なら一人でも夜は危なくなさそうですし、歩くのを苦にしないのであれば、イスタンブールカードを持って移動してなんとか対処できました。

Interior was a little dated but still nice, The food was average. Staff were excellent, except one rude lady who made ourselves pay for dinner before we had finished eating, it is a shame as we wanted desert.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the on-site amenities like the pool and restaurant exceeded my expectations. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Otel metro ve duraklara yakın ulaşım anlamında kolay bir lokasyonda bulunuyordu. Otel temiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü, misafirperver bir yaklaşım vardı Yalnız duşta yeterli su gelmiyordu, ilettiğimizde yoğunluktan kaynaklı olabileceği belirtildi. Onun dışında belirgin bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Çevre dostu uygulamalar mevcut. Her şey için teşekkürler 🙏

Amazing Stay – Exceeded Our Expectations! Our family of six (four adults and two kids) had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating a family reunion and my son's birthday. Everything was beyond our expectations – from the cleanliness and amenities to the exceptional service and delicious breakfast. After a disappointing experience at a hotel in Cappadocia, this hotel truly restored our faith in Turkey's hospitality. A special thanks to a staff member (I believe his name was Vayser?) who went above and beyond to help us during the March protests in Istanbul. Due to police roadblocks, we were unable to drive to the hotel after an exhausting eight-hour journey from Cappadocia. He kindly assisted us in bringing our car to the hotel, and we are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Great customer service, caring and attentive staff always trying to assist. Good location, easy access to public transportation.

Rooms were very warm with air conditioning turned off. Please consider adding a self serve laundry.

it a good property , but many floors need to make rehabilitation job , the room in 5 th floor had dirty carpet and the beds are very old and not comfortable at all.

Otelin konumu güzel. Odalar biraz eski. Banyo duştan su sızıntısı olup zemin ıslak kalıyordu. Odada wifi çekmiyordu, resepsiyon odanın içerisinde wifi hizmeti zorunluluğu olmadığını söyledi.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. Whoever cleans the room didn’t check that the liquid soap was empty for two days until we called and asked for soap. The bathtub drain was full of hair so the water wouldn’t drain out due to the clog while taking a shower. Beds and pillows aren’t comfy at all. The elevators in this hotel was the worst experience , crowded every morning and the breakfast lineup was so long. Needs a lot of improvement.
