The door to the room we were given was broken so we had to wait until we were moved to an alternative room.

The entry was under construction the evening we arrived but the staff handled it like rockstars.

Did not like that there were no room safes and the keypad that requires person to place card in elevator was not functioning and anyone from outside can have access to floors where rooms are located

The staff was wonderful, room was great and the location was only 1 block from all of the festivities on Bourbon St.

Great place to stay if you're vacation is for exploring the area. Great location. Bar was closed and no pool. Had to cut vacation by a day due to death in family. Told no refund since booked thru Expedia.

Awesome staff and facility

This was my first time in NOLA and I will definitely stay here again. We booked a King Suite with a window. The view was a view of other rooms but it was still a clean, spacious & gorgeous room we were walking distance from Bourbon Street, & a short walk to a number of tourist spots. Definitely book!
