給湯が朝と夕方の短時間しか出ず その時間帯を逃すと冷水のみです 部屋は少し異臭がしたました（ ; ; ） 窓を開けて対応をしました

テルミニ駅とコロッセオの中間にあり、地下鉄も更に近く、とても便利でした。 ホテルも、カヴール通り沿いにあり、迷わず見つける事ができました。部屋は、ダブルベッドの部屋でしたが、シングルルームに無理やりダブルベッドを置いたと思われ、荷物を開けるにもベッド上でないとひろげれない程狭く不便。ただ、カヴール通り沿いで窓を開けると騒音が酷いですが、窓を閉めるととても静かに寝れました。窓の防音が良いのかと思われます。 スタッフも皆さん感じがよく、立地条件の良さから言うと、１人旅には丁度いいホテルと思います。

Hotel , no había la habitación como la solicite y como me la ofreció la aplicación a pesar que la hice con meses de anticipación , poco mantenimiento, la atención del encargado muy buena , falta limpieza , instalación descuidada , el desayuno incluido ( atención NO es desayuno) café , leche y pan de dulce NADAMAS , no volverá , fotos muy poco parecidas a las que públican el la aplicación , son engañosas y están editadas .

Posizione comoda, personale gentile e simpatico, lenzuola pulite. Camere sporche, puzza di umido, bidet a richiesta, porta bagno e della doccia rotta, bagno minuscolo e sporco, colazione scarsissima e solo dolce, cappuccino senza latte.

This is the best hotel. Perfect location I don’t know why people complain. Is not a 5 start hotel. But the people working there are 5 star. Simone is the best. I been there other times. My daughter went this time. And they feel safe. If you go early and they have room they take care of you. I wish I can give them 6 star

Only one electrics outlet in the room. Oversize mattresses on bed, prone to tipping if you sat on the edge. Sink stopper was missing. Your knees were under the sink when sitting on the toilet. Wrong size toilet seat.

Nós precisamos ficar em um hotel próximo, pois o Hotel Valle estava passando por reforma. Ele é super bem localizado, na frente onde esta a igreja com o corpo do Papa Francisco, tinha ar condicionado no quarto, mas o carpete estava com um cheiro meio estranho. O quarto era super espaçoso para 3 pessoas. E os atendentes muito educados e receptivos, principalmente o Cristiano que nos ajudou com tudo e super simpático. Muito obrigado, Cristiano. Em resumo, apesar de ser 4 estrelas, ele é OK , mas como quase não fiquei no hotel, não fez muita diferença. Da pra ir lá, dormir, tomar café e partir para as aventuras.

Un hotel da 120 euro a notte che stacca l’aria condizionata di notte lascia molto perplessi. Ho fatto notare che l’aria condizionata non funzionava e il signore alla reception mi ha fatto cambiare di stanza: peccato che in tutto l’hotel stacchino l’aria condizionata di notte (e allora perché fai sta finta di cambiare di stanza?). Personale alla reception mediamente scortese (a parte il cameriere della colazione che invece è piuttosto gentile). Condizioni della struttura assolutamente da rivedere. Non ci tornerò

Hôtel assez bruyant (bruits de la rue mais aussi musique jusqu’à minuit en provenance sans doute d’une salle de danse ou assimilée). Le pire a surtout été l’absence totale de Clim (qui ne fonctionnait pas et cela ne datait sûrement pas de la veille) alors qu’il faisait 35 degrés dans la journée sinon plus. Le petit déjeuner réduit à son strict minimum (par exemple pas de jus d’orange ou de yaourts ou de fruits)

Não tem tomada perto da cama! O banheiro eh muito pequeno, e ficamos um dia inteiro sem água quente para tomar banho!

Bra läge, nära många jättebra restauranger och järnvägsstationen. Okej toalett med bra dusch. Det som drar ner betyget helt är att AC stängs av på natten när man ska sova. Då måste man ha fönstret öppet, utanför är en liten men väldigt trafikerad gata även hela natten med sopbilar som kommer 02:00. Vi stannade 2 nätter, inför andra natten hade vi köpt en golvfläkt som vr nödvändig för att kunna sova med fönstret stängt.

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca del transporte público y el Coliseo a pie buena relación precio-calidad la habitación no funcionó al 100% el aire en la noche a partir de la media noche lo apagan el baño no funcionó durante nuestra estadía y no había agua caliente, personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar

Do NOT stay here. Rooms are very shabby, tv does not work and safe did not work. We changed room's but was worse NO safe tv still not working and the shower was broken and there was no hot water. Someone entered into our room late at night even though we had put lock on. The day receptionist was very unhelpful, and just shrugged his shoulders. Breakfast was just pastries and dry cereal. AVOID at all costs 😱
