ベッドが快適でよく眠れました。ドアがちょっと隙間があったので、犬を連れて行ったため、ファイトうるさくないか心配でした。すぐ横にデニーズがあり、私たちは利用しませんでしたが、何か食べるのには問題ないかと思います。歩いて15分位のところにチャイナタウンがあり、そこでもおいしい食事が取れます。駐車場が広いので、車が置けて非常に助かりました。チェックインチェックアウトもスムーズに行われました。ただ、ルームキーがないと、階段にも登れないので、駐車場も行けないと言う状態で、セキュリティーはしっかりしていたものの、意外と不便でした。

For $200+ a night, I expected more. The room itself was good, but the rest of the property is run down and "tired", in need up renovation. From the filthy parking lot, to the lobby to the dingy elevators, everything looks dirty and used. Although I put the "Please service my room" sign on the door in the morning when we left for the day, our room was never cleaned. They only swapped out clean towels. Pretty poor service from this level of a hotel.

The hotel had an extremely nasty smell, the doors were dirty and old. The elevators were all broken inside. I could not allow myself to use the shower because of how dirty it was. Overall the hotel was extremely outdated, old and disgusting.

Went for a soccer tournament and everything was great. A/C worked good. Minor problem just with the switch to turn on the jets would only stay on for 5 minutes. Besides that everything was great.

Our room was not cleaned. The bedside table had not been wiped as there was residue from previous guests. I was horrified to find a dirty beach towel hanging in the bathroom - how does something like that get missed by housekeeping??

Staff were very friendly. Room was quite dark. One small garbage can for the entire suite. Good location and lots of parking.

Stayed over slring break with our family of 4. Location is very convenient, good for parking and driving, or calling an uber. We stayed in a suite with one bed and a fold out couch, which was great for us parents, with one teen and one child. It is a small kitchen with everything you need... cutlery, utensils, dishware, microwave and stove top. Requests we had were promptly answered, and having a Dennys onsite is easy for quickly feeding the family. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Victoria.
