ベッドが快適でよく眠れました。ドアがちょっと隙間があったので、犬を連れて行ったため、ファイトうるさくないか心配でした。すぐ横にデニーズがあり、私たちは利用しませんでしたが、何か食べるのには問題ないかと思います。歩いて15分位のところにチャイナタウンがあり、そこでもおいしい食事が取れます。駐車場が広いので、車が置けて非常に助かりました。チェックインチェックアウトもスムーズに行われました。ただ、ルームキーがないと、階段にも登れないので、駐車場も行けないと言う状態で、セキュリティーはしっかりしていたものの、意外と不便でした。

Very disappointing stay. Our room was not properly cleaned upon check-in. There were no toiletries in the washroom, and only two towels were provided for five guests. I had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities that should have already been available. On the second day, I left the housekeeping sign on the door expecting the room to be cleaned and the toiletries replenished. Instead, they only took the dirty towels and didn’t even make the beds. After complaining again at the front desk, we were given supplies and bedsheets, but by then it was already 10 PM and housekeeping was unavailable, so we had to make the beds ourselves. Guests should not have to repeatedly request basic amenities or clean up after housekeeping. This experience was frustrating and far below what I expected from a hotel stay.

Room was nice. Only one elevator working, and the functional elevator sounded horrible. Not a great location; bar nearby had very loud music until 11:30 pm.

I had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again.

The pool was nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the elevators were unreliable—only one of the two elevators was working, and even that one was out of service about half the time. The biggest concern was safety. There were many people outside in the parking lot using drugs and lingering around the property, which made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Given some negative reviews I was expecting a poor quality place. But it was truly excellent for the price! Friendly and helpful staff, comfy king bed, clean and well stocked kitchenette, cheap laundry machines! Good pool and hot tub! Attached to Denny's for easy breakfast. Room for improvement: uncomfortable sofa bed, some mold in shower grout. There was a fire alarm and evacuation at 3am that was problematic because staff turned OFF the alarm before everyone evacuated, which was confusing and not safe! But I will definitely stay again, and look at Sandman hotels elsewhere.

It would have been great but a homeless person started a cooking fire in one of the parking stalls right by the sur intake. The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am. The bizarrely the staff turned it off after a few moments because it was amazing. We had to stand in the parking lot for an hour. There was no offer or anything to apologize not even a free breakfast.

Location is good, there is bus stop in front of hotel.

The hotel was nice and there was one room staff that was amazing with helping out when the front staff said “upgrade” but our family lost a bed.

Rooms were great and quite clean . However the pool area was disgusting the hot tub was filled with yellow water and smelled like urine . The front desk advised it was only cleaned when people complained . Hence we didn’t use either the pool or the hot tub . The decks were also filthy and any furniture was rusted and old . We were also awoken at 3 am by a false fire alarm and had to evacuate the entire hotel . Safety first but there was an absolutely no communication in regards to this.

I am very concerned that I paid much more using Expedia rather than calling this Canadian hotel directly! I don’t understand the value of Expedia when you end up paying a jacked up price using this platform? I did not get price that reflected the lower value of the Canadian dollar relative to the U.S. dollar! My advice contact the Canadian hotel directly and use a credit card. You will come out ahead.

I loved the pool and workout area and my room was clean and the Denny’s was great.
