ベッドが快適でよく眠れました。ドアがちょっと隙間があったので、犬を連れて行ったため、ファイトうるさくないか心配でした。すぐ横にデニーズがあり、私たちは利用しませんでしたが、何か食べるのには問題ないかと思います。歩いて15分位のところにチャイナタウンがあり、そこでもおいしい食事が取れます。駐車場が広いので、車が置けて非常に助かりました。チェックインチェックアウトもスムーズに行われました。ただ、ルームキーがないと、階段にも登れないので、駐車場も行けないと言う状態で、セキュリティーはしっかりしていたものの、意外と不便でした。

I enjoyed my stay but was a little upset to see a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot when I arrived.

Convenient location

Great stay and the staff were very welcoming. The building has suffered some wear and tear, the elevators look pretty worn and the signs of use are apparent. Some investment into freshening up the look of the property could prove helpful for return visits. Other than those items the room was clean, the bedsheets were ready but not pressed well which was functional but not pleasing upon entry. Overall, the big seller was the location was reasonably close to downtown with parking on a weekend providing access without dealing with downtown Victoria.

Room was very spacious

Staff did not clean room on the day we asked for it. The toilet stopped flushing and the sink stopped draining - the front desk gave us a plunger and told us to try to fix it ourself. They told us we could use the sink and toilet three floors down in the main entrance space/foyer. Staff was very nice but the cleanliness was definitely very borderline. Pool was kept clean for the most part and the gym was very decent.

i like the fact that the room prices are reasonable with all the pool and kitchen amenities

Room with dogs was great, having the kitchen was also great

Hot tub

The bed seemed small for a Queen size.

Font staff was exceptional in their conduct, help and friendliness. The hotel was super quiet - even with a couple of youth groups in attendance, and it’s convenient to have a Denny’s right off the lobby. Our car was secure in the underground gated garage.

Rooms have been refreshed. Free parking underground was great. Area can be a bit sketchy but we just used as a home base and didn’t walk around this area. Hallways and doors and bathrooms could use fresh paint and a refresh.

On site dining was a Denny's restaurant.

The location is very convenient. Just a few minutes drive or within 20 minutes' walk to all place-to-visit.
