スタッフに待たされることが多かった

カジノ付なのでこのホテルを選びました。快適なホテルですが旧市街からは離れています。タクシーの正規料金では２５０円程度（１０ｒｏｎ）なんですが、１回だけボラレました。１００ＲＯＮです。夜中だったんでチップ代わりに払いましたが更に「一人当たり１００ｒｏｎだからもう１００ｒｏｎよこせ」と言われ拒否しました。

タクシーﾘｮｳｷﾝﾊ安いのでおおきなもんだいではないです。隣にどこかのVIP滞在していてSPが常に廊下に座っていました。

Fabulous hotel - feels like a luxury experience. The staff very quick to help, professional. Room well-appointed with luxurious bath towels, great bedding, clothing storage space. Mattress comfortably firm; excellent wi-fi; Great coffee-maker selections. We ate at the in-hotel Italian restaurant, which was surprisingly reasonable (for a hotel restaurant) and the food amazing. The pasta tasted fresh-made. Very easy to get an Uber, or better yet, a really doable, 2-km walk to Old Town, part of which goes through a large park. (use Google maps to navigate - but easy!)

Great place. Tip top service. One complaint, poor lighting in the room.

Great comfy bed in our corner room with view of palace of parliament a 15 min walk. Interesting construction nearby but very quiet

This is a first class hotel. Its a gorgeous property. The rooms a large and well appointed. The bed and bedding is outstanding. The downside is being in Bucharest presents challenges for outdoor activities. Its not particularly close to the downtown. A few minutes by taxi but not very walkable. The area around the hotel has limited entertainment. Food and beverage on the property are on the high side.

Overall the hotel is OK. The breakfast was very good.

It is a beautiful building with excellent service

we had nice weekend, the room was excellent, came with free executive launch - all day free drinks, including breakfast. The crew were terrific, Daniel was wow! I must say we will definitely come back.

Passamos 5 dias e o hotel é maravilhoso. A festa do Ano Novo foi maravilhosa. Tem tudo no quarto que a gente precisa. A comida dos restaurantes é muito boa. O café da manhã espetacular! Tem uma academia maravilhosa. Gente, sinceramente, que estadia boa! O valor é muito honesto. Viajamos muito pelo mundo mas podemos dizer que realmente nos surpreendeu a qualidade de tudo no hotel! Parabéns a toda equipe e administração. A limpeza é muito boa. Os funcionários muito educados. Saímos encantados!!!! NÃO EXITEM EM SE HOSPEDAR LÁ POIS VALE MUITÍSSIMO!

O hotel é lindo demais, café da manhã excelente, roupas de cama e serviço perfeitos. O único porém é que fica um pouco afastado do centro turístico.
