WiFiが速くて感動した

市街中心地にあり，大変便利な場所です．たまたまサッカーワールドカップ決勝（クロアチア対フランス）の日に滞在しましたが，治安もよく快適に過ごすことができました．

施設が古いため、ドアの開け閉めに「バタン!!」と音が鳴る位大きな力を加えないとドアがしっかり閉まりません。また、電源コンセントが少なく、電子機器の充電に苦労しました。 朝食は、四つ星だけあって充実していました。バスタブがあり、日本人にとっては有難かったです。

市街中心地にあり、港もバスターミナルも近くて便利なホテル。伝統を感じさせる品格があり、従業員の態度もいい。レストランの料理も美味しく、物価が違うからかも知れないが、日本のホテルに比べると価格が安いという印象。朝食も温野菜があり、とても良い。

中心に近く新旧市街の交わる部分に立地し、伝統的な外観だが、内部は近代化され快適なホテル。

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Very central location and parking wasn’t far away and not expensive. Breakfast was superb quality. Only downside was our room was a little small and don’t have tea/coffee making facilities

I'm sure that this used to be a rather grand hotel many years ago but unfortunately not anymore. The place is very dated and in bad need of a refurbishment. The room's layout was nice with a balcony and bright sun area but this was let down by the many broken and wonky items in the room. Broken lampshades, broken lock on the balcony doors, scuffed bathtub. Also the hotels HVAC system is the old fashioned single pipe system where you can only ever have AC or heating. It is set by the hotel, and is either on one system or the other, you have no choice. Upon checkin my room was about 26 degrees and the only way to cool it was to open the balcony doors. At night the choice was boil or contend with mosquitos. My room was also next to a smoking balcony where people sat outside and made a lot of noise up to four in the morning and kept me awake. The entire hotel ought to be non-smoking. Breakfast was a rather sad affair with some rather dubious looking offerings. Not even real orange juice served, tasted like a sugar water mixture. Coffee equally dismal. The two positives however were the location, being in the heart of the town by all the restaurants, and the staff. I give credit to the hotel staff who were friendly, polite and helpful. I get the impression the owners of this place are just trying to cut costs all over. I certainly wouldn't stay here until the place is majorly updated.

The air conditioning didn't work well. You had to climb up into a high tub to shower. You have to drive into a one way gated area to reach the lobby and drop off luggage, and then you can drive to a parking garage several blocks away to park. Great walkability to the main city promenade from the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was AMAZING, and more than made up for the room.

Parking full. Could not use reserved spaces tho it was late

Parking is a hussell, other than that it’s a great place to stay

Front desk staff could be more friendly and cheerful. Some mold on shower caulking and door. Overall a very nice hotel in a good location.
