ロケーションはスーパーのColesに隣接しており、レストランにも近く過ごしやすいと思います。 ムールーラバにはそれほど新しいホテルはないと思いますが、こちらもやや古さを感じました。滞在したのは１ベッドルームのアパートメントタイプですが、やや狭いせいか、キッチンに食洗器はなく、ガス代も電気のポータブル式、洗濯機も乾燥機が独立しておらず、長く滞在するには不便に感じると思います。 ベッドルームが入り口を入ってすぐのところに位置しており、通路の声や音が丸聞こえなのは残念でした。 スタッフはフレンドリーでよかったですが、次に行くことがあれば、別のホテルを探したいと思います。

ホテルの前の道路を渡ればビーチ！ 周辺にはカフェやレストラン、ギフトショップが充実！ 洗面所の床や毛布の清潔感は３ポイントだけど、それを十分にしのぐ価値はあります。 Mooloolabaが日本にはあまり知られていないようですが、ノンビリしたい人には超オススメです！！！

What surprise me was they charge $25/day for Internet even room notice said free wifi. Unless if you are not member of Mantra you need to pay for Internet fee or go down to the computer the hotel provided on the ground floor. The pools were the one located outdoor was under construction and other indoor pool was terrible condition you can feel like show animals at marine park if you swim there. The bed room door or divider?(sliding door) Could hear noise from outside ( because the room was nearest to the entrance of room) and living room. So feel like no privacy...

ビーチ沿いに建つ、おしゃれなホテル。大人一人、小学生二人で、１１階１ベッドルームに一泊しました。キングサイズベッド一台に、母親と小学校高学年の娘二人が寝ました。十分なスペースがあったとは言えませんが、一応寝られました。きれいでおしゃれな部屋でしたが、いくつか不満がありました。まず、乾燥機能付き洗濯機がありましたが、乾燥力はほとんど無く、洗った物を一晩テラスに干す面倒さがありました。翌朝には出発だったので心配でしたが、下着や薄いTシャツは乾きました。Gパンや厚い物は乾かず、移動の車の中に広げて乾かしました。石鹸が、小さい物が一つしか置いてありませんでした。シャンプーとコンディショナーもありませんでした。置き忘れたのだと思います。ケトルの中に小さなゴキブリの死骸がありました。気持ち悪くて使いませんでした。フロントのスタッフが、感じ良くない人が一人いました。笑顔がなく、事務的な対応でした。やっと到着してほっとしていたところに、あの態度で迎えられると、不愉快なりました。他のスタッフは感じ良かったです。ロケーションは大変良かったですが、近い場所、料金で他のホテルはいくらでもあります。もう次は他のホテルを選ぶでしょう。

スーパーマーケットのColesが横にあり、食材の買い出しにとても便利。 部屋にはジェットバスがあり、１日の疲れを癒せました。 備え付けの洗濯乾燥機一体型は、性能がいまいちで長時間洗濯にかかるし、乾燥もいまいちでした。

滞在中、リネン等の交換は一回もありませんでした。たぶん、必要に応じてリクエストすれば交換してくれるのでしょうが、そのような説明はチェックイン時にも、部屋においてあるインフォメーションにも記載されていませんでした。

Liked - free parking & ability to use the hotel facilities before & after check in. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment area. Disliked - noisy air conditioning system meant we had to turn it off. Balcony still had sand on it from previous guests.

Great stay. Front desk staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. I will be back.

On arriving and every subsequent return to the Mantra the Reception staff were oblivious to our existence. Maybe hospitality should not be their chosen profession.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Not perfectly clean as there was a stain on the bedspread. Would have appreciated being told that there was a construction site in close proximity. Would stay here again.
