Location is not so bad.

宿泊予定はなかったのですが、悪天候のため急遽予約して宿泊。朝食付き、パーキング、WiFi無料でIndianapolisのダウンタウンからは車で30分程です。雪が心配でしたが、パーキングの除雪はしっかり実施されていて助かりました。ホテルの目の前にGas standとMacdonald があるので便利は便利でした。車で10程の所に輝月という美味しいラーメン屋がありました。

Our room on 2nd floor had poor ventilation and smelled musty after showering even after letting the fan run. Another family said their room on 3rd had a smell right from check-in. Room had big cracks in wall and ceiling. Areas around bottom of shower and bathroom door clearly show age and not the cleanliest. Breakfast on Saturday was supposed to go to 10am but when our team came back from our game at 9:45 there was nothing left to eat and nobody there get more out or provide any. The beds and even the pull out couch was comfy though - got good nights sleep, which is most important.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfasts and coffee. When we tried checking in, they either couldn’t figure out which rooms were available or they didn’t have any ready. After standing at desk while they talked on walkie talkies, we finally just went and sat down to wait. It took 15-20 minutes to get a room assigned.

Decent, a bit rough around the edges. However, some of the common areas, including the elevator were filthy.

I have been going to this Holiday Inn for years. Every year I go to see my daughters and I have never been disappointed. Swimming pool is clean and quiet.

It’s not exactly what pictures show. It’s worn down

To start off, we got there and the pool was "out of service". I approached the staff and was informed that the pool would be out all week/ weekend. This would have been nice to know when booking the room. I contacted hotels.com customer service, who called the hotel to try to get more info about the pool. The hotel staff informed the costumer service rep that the pool would be reopened that evening. What could have been so bad that the pool was closed for a week but then as soon as i request a refund, it's fixed? I decided it was best for me and my son not to swim in the pool. The breakfast was not good. The pancake maker was broken, there was hardly any eggs, sausage and zero bacon.

I got to property and they did not have a room which I already paid on June 5th they said first come first serve!!! Who ever heard of that???? Especially when I already paid for a room!! Ridiculous!! I need a complete refund!!!!!

Pool was down. That was unfortunate. And they didn’t tell us until after we had finished booking and paying.

Room was falling apart,very little water pressure, food left in the refrigerator, housekeeper barged in the room even though we said we didn't need anything and we were still sleeping

Property looked very nice. Very disappointed pool was not usable during our stay. This was one of the reasons we chose this location. Breakfast was good but no refrigerator was available. If you wanted milk or yogurt you had to ask. Pancake machine was broke down. This made for some disapointed grand kids. Room was nice but we had to use a sofa bed which we had to make up ourselves.

I rented it for my Parents who came into town for a long weekend. They loved the hotel & the daily breakfast. It was convenient and the staff was great as well.

We arrived late at night. Our requested upper room had all odor, so they had already moved us to a ground floor. No coffee or tea for the am. The 2nd day, neither key worked. We had coffee & tea, but no cups for our early morning departure.

Staff was very friendly.

It was a very good stay. The only concern we had was the tub/shower; it is a true safety hazard. Because of the soft water (which was appreciated), the tub was very slippery. Glad we are not any older or feebler or it could have been a problem. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.

Perfect for my trip, close to variety of restaurants, right of the interstate.
