A beautiful spa with very friendly staff, good with allergies in the restaurant, delicious food.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Rowhill Grange. Beautiful locations, lovely staff and really great spa facilities. Will certainly be coming back.

Receptionist at spa didn’t have a clue had to keep repeating myself. seems to be ongoing problem.

Room was a good size, the shower was large. Little extras lovely. Spa and treatment amazing. Hotel clean,staff friendly. Had room service quick and placed on table by staff.

The property is in need of care and renovation. The room has had basic renovations and was comfortable. However the rest of the hotel is now very dated and unclean. Especially the elevator entrance hall, behind reception. We did not use the spa, so we can not comment on that. May this is just a spa day location and not so much of a luxury retreat anymore.

Very disappointed my van was broken into and all.my tools stolen with another load of vans targeted staff didnt help. Secure car park it definitely isnt camera on entry so why did no one see what happened?? And others targeted several times whilst there lively hoods lost i wouldnt stat here again.wouldnt ay

The hotel room is fine. The “spa” is horrific. The steam room had no steam and was cold. The men’s suana is facing the open loos. The “hydrotherapy” pool was freezing cold. In all, extremely disappointing. We checked in, an hour later checked out.

Very nice hotel

Overall a very nice hotel, although the spa area/pool/sauna/showers etc need some TLC. Pool isn’t for swimming, due to size and shape.

The property is on lovely green grounds and feels much further out of the city than it is. Staff is a bit hit and miss, and so is the service. The beef and lime sorbet in their RGs restaurant was excellent but, given the price point, the restaurant environment could do with some investment in ambiance and personality. I didn't experiment with the pool and spa but will be back for that.

Incredible service but prone to mice due to location

We had a wonderful stay, staff were so friendly and the spa was excellent!

Check in was smooth and found we'd had a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. Staff are very nice but it all felt a bit chaotic. This was very different from past visits. Therapist was 20 min late for my appointment and as a result it felt rushed. And it was as didnt get my full time. Room was too bright and no background sounds so a silent massage. Odd. Food was ok but not worth the price. Overall its not the hotel it once was but staff remain its best feature.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently as a present to my wife for us to get away. Let's start with the good stuff: - Spa facilities are amazing, really beautiful - can get a little busy but still lovely environment. - Rooms are nice and spacious, bathrooms clean and well equipped. - Grounds are beautiful and peaceful, lots of space. - Breakfast really nice in a nice setting. - Treatments are fantastic - staff in this area especially are wonderful. Things that can be improved (story at the bottom): - Staff whilst friendly don't seem to acknowledge when errors are made. - Clear communication issues between staff. - The rooms don't have air conditioning so in the summer can get very hot. - High price point. During our stay both our nights were interrupted, the first by work (like hard banging on pipework) at 5am. We raised the issue and this eventually stopped, we were told a manager would speak to us but we had to chase this throughout the day - to then be told by the Manager they didn't know anyone wanted to speak to them, eventually we were given 50% off one of our nights. We were initially told they do this work every night and it's important to allow them to prepare breakfast so I'd prepare for that. The second night was interrupted by an extremely loud disagreement taking place for 2 hours between 1 and 3 am. We were so fed up from the first night sleep being disturbed and the chasing we'd had to do that we just didn't bother raising it this time onsite.

Beautiful

Just all a bit dated. Things like carpets and bathrooms a bit tired verging on grotty. Nice friendly welcome. Bit limited on bar menu choices, when I asked about anything else being able to be done, staff member wasn’t that helpful.

Stayed here several times and normally its great ..however this time was on the ground floor on 2 warm days and couldnt leave windows open because of security issues ..So basically baked for two nights ..no air con, no fans ..Second day room was made but no replenishment of tea and milk and the bedding i stripped off because of the heat was still stuffed down the side of the bed ..Went to the bar and sat down as its normally service at the table ..30 mins later got up and ordered at the bar as it seemed i had become invisible ..Normally great but this time not so great ..not a place i will stay again in summer ..

Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Stevie, Tim, Annie and Sam for making my stay so relaxing!

The staff are lovely, but the food options are limited, mostly fried with just one choice of salad. I have stayed here before and returned because it's a safe option for a solo traveler. Unfortunately, during my second visit, I was given a room in the attic that was neglected. The lock was falling off, and the room was dusty with lots of flies.
