近くにショートヒルズモールがあり、送迎バスをだしてくれます。ただ、迎えのバスの連絡をしてもフロントで電話をとってもらえず、1時間近く待たされました。

ブランド・ブティックにニーマン・マーカス、ブルーミングデールズ、ノルドストロムが入った高級モールの向かいにありながら、テニスコート、プール、スパも揃ったホテル。ニューアーク空港からもUberで30ドルでした。NYCへは最寄りSummit駅からPenn StationまでNJ Transitが直通です。

The hotel was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The only thing I did not like was one of the bartenders at the restaurant was not very friendly and less than pleasant.

Great place, very nice courteous staff, it wouldn't be a bad idae if a hotel in this caliber would provide free coffe to guests in the morning rather than go to the breakfast dining area and have to pay the server tip very basic extra that you $50 motels provide for free

I have COVID and tried to cancel with you people and I also bought the extra insurance because I knew something was going on with my body. You made it absolutely impossible to cancel. I think you do that on purpose. I will never use your services again and will and have told everyone I know.

Awesome stay

I love this hotel. Clean. Well run. Great staff. Been staying here for 20 years. Its getting a little old though. It could use some updating, but i wouldnt stay anywhere else when I'm in the area.

Amazing

Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were very good and responsive. Parking was very expensive at $32 per day. This was a suburban location with plenty of parking space so such a high fee seemed like price gouging the guests.

This was a convenient place to stay when visiting relatives in Summit.

Just a quick stay for us, but really nice! Very good meal in the restaurant, good service, overall relaxing night.

Jets in the hot tub didn't work. Staff said "We advertise a hot tub, not a jacuzzi." Also, the bathtub wouldn't drain. This was a bad experience.
