近くにショートヒルズモールがあり、送迎バスをだしてくれます。ただ、迎えのバスの連絡をしてもフロントで電話をとってもらえず、1時間近く待たされました。

ブランド・ブティックにニーマン・マーカス、ブルーミングデールズ、ノルドストロムが入った高級モールの向かいにありながら、テニスコート、プール、スパも揃ったホテル。ニューアーク空港からもUberで30ドルでした。NYCへは最寄りSummit駅からPenn StationまでNJ Transitが直通です。

Room wasn't ready at check in time. Freezer in room wasn't working. I celebrated my daughter bday and has ice cream cake.. manager was nice enough to out it in the freezer except it looked like the refrigerator part. I literally said this looks like the fridge can you put it in the freezer portion. He said it was the freezer, it wasn't. Cake melted

Very clean rooms and prompt attention to special request for firmer pillows. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Would stay again.

I highly recommend.

Staff is excellent. Our problem was the the guests that stayed next to us. The first two nights, we had smoke coming into our room. Staff did come to tell people not to smoke. They stopped, and the continued in the morning and evening of next day. The night of June 8th, a large group decided to have a party with loud music at 2:30 a.m. Again, staff had to be called.

Parking was 24$ and the lot was not in good condition.

Nicely kept property. Some of the staff was very friendly, a few not so much but overall it was a great experience

When checking in front desk reception person was not welcoming. Rushed me through process and poor people skills

This hotel was nothing less than amazing. The professionalism was a 10. The reception desk made check-in a breeze. The manager was incredible and very knowledgeable, with great energy that made me feel welcome.

Delicious food. Clean, spacious rooms. Nice pool.
