特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。

円安の影響もあり全体的にホテルの金額が日本人には負担な中。朝食付き、お部屋も広く空港からのシャトル、ブルーラインの駅も徒歩圏内と快適でした。 朝食は、ソーセージやエッグと暖かいものの他、ベーグルやマフィン、ヨーグルトも多数あり充分です。 おススメします。 Due to the weak yen, hotel prices are generally a bit steep for Japanese people. Breakfast was included, the room was spacious, there was a shuttle from the airport, and the Blue Line station was within walking distance, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate, with sausages, eggs, and other warm items, as well as bagels, muffins, and a variety of yogurts. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was excellent, and in a good location. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was good. Just be prepared…parking isn’t free as hotels.com says it is. It is over 30 bucks a night.

Breakfast buffet was really nice plenty to choose from, the beds were ok not amazing but ok, pillows were good again not amazingly supportive, the air conditioner was old school thermostat so could never get it just right in the room which was disappointing. Overall a nice place to stay. Close walk to the blue line. A couple restaurants close walking distance as well.

Check-in staff was kind and helpful. Pool was lots of fun for the kids. Thanks!

The price was good, and the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the bed was very comfortable. My internet access was not great, the wifi was spotty and cell signal wasn’t super reliable. The bathrooms had some old fixtures and cracks in the sealant and some tile. The sofa in the suite had tears in the upholstery, but was still comfortable for sitting and watching tv. The fridge, microwave, and bar sink were a huge plus. The lobby area downstairs was immaculate, huge, and comfortable.

Breakfast was very very busy but overall there were decent options. Room was worn down and both beds and the rooms could benefit from a refresh. It was close to O’hare and the shuttle worked great.

Easy check in and out. Good location from airport and e pressway. However, parking limited and costs add’l $33.00 per day.

Loved the airport shuttle and when it arrives. Loved the breakfast buffet and many options to choose from, it is an actual buffet. Staff very nice as well!

The hotel was nice and clean the staff was very friendly only thing we had a problem with is the parking we not use to paying a t a hotel to park and it wasn’t enough spaces for the guest

The stay was good and the main desk people were very kind and generous. Also had pretty easy access to public transportation which is vital in Chicago!
