フロントからエレベーターが離れているので荷物が大きい時はちょっと大変でした。部屋は落ち着いた感じでした。

すごく良いロケーション

ロケーションは抜群で、商店やレストランに困ることもありません。部屋も広く、ベッドも快適でした。町の中心ですから、窓からの景色は期待していませんでした。 ただ、このクラスのホテルとして冷蔵庫は置いてほしいと思います。

部屋は悪くありません。 ただ朝食込みの予約であるにもかかわらず、レストランで朝食が付いていないと言われてしまいました。 ホテル内での連絡が徹底していないように思います。そこだけが不満な点です。 場所はソカロからも近く、ロケーションとしては申し分ありません。ただ行事などがあるとものすごい人出で、移動するのも食事を探すのも大変になります。

La verdad la habitacion aunque estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones, esperaba que el Ritz tuviera una mejor calidad, la vista que tuve desde mi ventana era horrible (hacia la parte trasera de itro edificio y unos ventiladores industruales)

Excellent location, close to very good restaurants, museums, and centers of interest. Our only complaint would be the bathroom, it is very small, the shower area has no division, with the first person who uses it the floor is completely wet and the glass entrance door does not give privacy.

Amazing people

Room was nice and reception staff was friendly and did speak English to make sure we understood everything. The concierge ( Sorry I forgot to get his name) when we left on Sunday 1/22 morning is the best service I have ever had. When we realized most of the roads were blocked off for a parade and our Uber could not get to us, he called 4 taxi companies and helped us with our luggage for 6 blocks until we found an open road a taxi could get us. He stayed with us until we were picked up and on our way to the airport. He is a Life saver and will never forget his kindness and help that he offered.

Clean rooms walking distance to main city atractions, frendly staff.
