フロントからエレベーターが離れているので荷物が大きい時はちょっと大変でした。部屋は落ち着いた感じでした。

すごく良いロケーション

ロケーションは抜群で、商店やレストランに困ることもありません。部屋も広く、ベッドも快適でした。町の中心ですから、窓からの景色は期待していませんでした。 ただ、このクラスのホテルとして冷蔵庫は置いてほしいと思います。

部屋は悪くありません。 ただ朝食込みの予約であるにもかかわらず、レストランで朝食が付いていないと言われてしまいました。 ホテル内での連絡が徹底していないように思います。そこだけが不満な点です。 場所はソカロからも近く、ロケーションとしては申し分ありません。ただ行事などがあるとものすごい人出で、移動するのも食事を探すのも大変になります。

Hotel Ritz tiene excelente ubicación en calle Madero; es un área muy concurrida pues Madero conecta al Zócalo pero sin ruido al interior. Remodelado,limpio, con cafetera y agua embotellada . Personal amable con restaurante dentro y al lado un VIPS y frente un Bisquets Obregón. Negocios alrededor y cerca el Zócalo, Templo Mayor, Pastelería Ideal, Torre Latinoamericana, Alameda y restaurantes. Bien ubicado y comunicado.

Recently stayed for 5 nights and was pretty satisfied. The property is located right in the middle of Centro Historico, so it's a 5 min walk to the Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Metro Allende. The location is either the best thing about it or the worst depending on your point of view. I thought it was fantastic. If you are adverse to noise and crowds you may want to look elsewhere. It is located on a walking street so you will need to arrive and walk a block or so with your bags to check in, there is no parking/valet, etc. As far as the rooms and property itself...it is an old building and isn't fancy. What it lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in functionality. The rooms are clean and spacious, if a bit dated, the beds are comfortable (on the soft side), the water is hot, the water pressure is great, and the plumbing had no issues. Often in Mexico plumbing can be a problem. As always in Mexico, the service from the staff was fantastic. Our housekeeper made our rooms up everyday without asking. Fresh waters and towels were provided every day, and help was provided with a smile and warm attitude. I didn't try the restaurant but with unlimited options in the immediate area (literally steps outside the entrance) I didn't have to. There are hundreds of options from upscale to street food within 5-10 minute walk. At less than $100 per night this Hotel is a tremendous value if you want to be downtown in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay again.

Es un hotel muy accesible a los puntos históricos como es el zócalo, el templo mayor, palacio de bellas artes y más. El desayuno delicioso y los cuartos muy limpios. Si regreso a la Ciudad de México me ospedaria de nuevo en este hotel. El personal muy amable

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mexico City. The entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The wait staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made every interaction enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff throughout the property were professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Excelente ubicación y gran relación calidad-precio. El hotel está en pleno centro de la ciudad, lo que facilita muchísimo desplazarse a todos lados. Aunque la habitación era algo chica, siempre estuvo impecable y muy limpia. El personal fue excelente, muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, una gran opción económica y cómoda. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

I was disappointed with my recent experience. Due to the protests in Mexico City, access to the hotel and surrounding area was very difficult. We often had to use the back entrance to get in and out, and many stores, restaurants, and attractions were closed during our stay. We booked this reservation expecting to enjoy a better tourism experience and explore the city, but unfortunately, the conditions significantly affected our trip. While I understand that protests are outside of Expedia's control, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice or information about the potential impact on travelers. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we were unable to enjoy the destination as planned.
