アルマス広場など市内観光名所へのアクセスがよい 朝食が美味しい 宿泊日よりも前にスーツケースを預かってもらえました

ロケーションは、最高ですし、ホテル自体がとても雰囲気があります。ただアメニティは、イマイチなのと、フロントなどは、いい人とそうでない人の差がありすぎです。

Clean, quiet and very helpful staff

The staff were all friendly and helpful. You are welcomed from the moment you get to the entrance. Staff is helpfull with luggage. Breakfast has a lot of healthy options. We were allowed to leave oyr luggage for 2 nights while travelling to Machu Picchu, when we returned we were welcomed back and our shared room was upgraded for the 1 evening. Thank you for making us comfortable.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. But I need to inform others that you can get better accommodation for this price. The room had no airflow and we struggled to sleep. Due to the acclimatisation this needs to be highlighted. Already us visitors are challenged with acclimatising so the lack of airflow in this room was a major impact. I slept with the window open even though the nights were cold. Dinner here was not great. Go elsewhere. The dinner service was inattentive. I recommend Ofrenda - great service and outstanding food. Also they argued with me about my booking including breakfast, they took a photo of my booking stating it was included, however did not update the booking comments. So for the rest of my stay I was told it was not included by the breakfast staff. Then when I checked out the reception staff was quite rude saying I did not have included breakfast. Again I showed evidence and they took another photo. I asked if there were notes on my booking from when I checked in about the discrepancy. He rudely ignored me and finally accepted my evidence when I brought up the booking. No apologies for the rudeness. I will seek out better accom when I return in 5 days.

We booked two rooms, but unfortunately both were located near the lobby, and the noise during the night was quite disturbing. Also, breakfast needed before 9:30am, which was earlier than expected.

Excelente hotel, bem localizado e com ótima estrutura. Situa-se em um prédio histórico de estilo espanhol do século XVI muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã é variado e o restaurante apresenta diversos pratos. A equipe para atendimento é excelente e muito atenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso. Recomendo.

Quarto limpo, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários educados, cordiais e prestativos. O quarto era muito gelado, o ar condicionado barulhento, o edredom muito pesado, que quase não dava para se virar na cama e não esquentava, a cama era pequena e barulhenta, o quarto não tinha anti ruído, então dava para ouvir barulho desde as 5h00, quando os hóspedes iam tomar café. Foram 3 noites mal dormidas. Não voltaria para esse hotel.

Estava tudo simplesmente perfeito! A equipe é super cuidadosa e prestativa. Estava viajando sozinha e me senti cuidada. Quarto perfeito, cama e roupa de cama confortável, chuveiro com boa pressão. Café da manhã delicioso, pátio interno lindo! Um carinho especial para a camareira Pima que é puro amor transbordando em forma de cuidado! Com certeza voltarei a esse hotel em minhas próximas passagens por Cusco!

This is a fantastic hotel in the city center. They helped us arrange a taxi to Ollantaytambo and allowed check in as soon as our room was available. 100% recommend this hotel. Beautiful too!

We decided on the Novotel because of the covered courtyard. The pictures didn’t do it justice it is a beautiful historic building which is extremely well run from the front desk to everyone in the restaurant and breakfast area. We opted to have our last drinks of an evening in the yard as it was so magical at night. The location is within an easy walk of everything couldn’t have asked for more.
