Bathtub

Told it was a queen bed but it was a full size and very lumpy. The air conditioner was so loud it was like a motorcycle was driving through our room all night. Also no blow dryer? Rooms at less expensive places at least have a blow dryer. Also breakfast was terrible. Hard boiled eggs and not fully cooked sausage. The customer service was terrible. The guy said well you only paid $75 a night, what do you expect? Well I can tell you that I expect better than that. I will not be staying at Quality Inn again anywhere.

One of the few positives were the beds were new, there are plenty of air fresheners. Weed smell is STRONG, carpet is OLD OLD, all of the 'old' furniture was outside in the small dumpster area. Bedroom was large, though it felt that they were in the middle of updates and ran out of money. Did not trust breakfast, if the tables are dirty then how would the kitchen look? Good location, scary inside. Please don't trust the pictures shown!

Check in smooth and fast. Room looked to have been renovated recently. Shower did not work very well. Loud guests

Entire place has a bad smell

Clean and nice management. Convenient to downtown. Not a bad place for visit for a night or two

People where climbing in and out of the windows. Just Walking into the hotel you caught a contact high. The place reaked of pot. There was some creepy guy just hanging out in his doorway. Room was super tiny and the bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. The "queen" size bed was a full so super tiny for two people

This is a great hotel for the price. The room was clean snf the staff friendly and helpful.

Place looks a little sketchy from the outside but the inside is better. Room was clean but shower didn’t seem to provide anything but the hottest shower setting or the coldest shower setting. Works for one night.

Checked in and the trash had not been taken out , tv didn’t work , no housekeeping, definitely not staying at that place again

Saw multiple mice in my room. Tv didn’t work. At least two lights were not functioning. Stains on the bed sheets. Smelled of smoke. Breakfast options limited, and what they did offer was so low quality I threw it away. Staff was also no where to be found most of the time. I left a night early because I was so uncomfortable and grossed out.

The sound in the television didn’t work. Appeared that people live there. Poor craftsmanship on repairs and maintenance.

Stayed to visit my kids. Check in took longer because no one was at the front desk and waited for 25 minutes for someone to show up. The room they had me in had a bad Odor and had make up and hair in the bathroom and walls. Also had a broken window with a hole leading to the outside.

Pretty rough place. Smelled like cigarettes even though no smoking signs everywhere. No hot water, only Luke warm. Worst caulking job in bathroom I’ve ever seen.

Could be in better condition. Otherwise was a decent stay.

Manager very helpful but place needed an overhaul

Television did not work. 3 lamps in room only one worked. Bathtub had no stopper, could not take bath. Paint slopped all over bathroom walls and tub. It was not expensive but have no interest in staying in another Quality Inn
