4月のマイアミはとても良い風があり暑さが気になりません。 ホテルで借りた自転車での島内サイクリングが最高でした。レンタカーが無くても十分楽しめました。

新婚旅行でお世話になりました。 マイアミ4日間ずっとこちらに泊まらせていただき、総合的にとても良かったです。 朝食付きのプランにして大正解でした。ホテルの朝食ブッフェは一人38ドルなので、プランに入っていて良かったです。どれも美味しく、毎日飽きずに食べられました。サービスもとてもよかったです。外の席だと、リスや鳥がたくさん寄ってきます。 ホテルとレンタカーが提携していて、エントランスまでレンタカーの方が来てくれて、レンタカーの営業時間後も車をホテルに乗り捨てでよかったので、最高でした。 プールやプライベートビーチも混んでいなく、パラソルやチェア無料貸し出しで、のんびりできました。 コンシェルジェ、フロント、レストランの方々が親切で、あまり英語がうまくない私達でもちゃんと話を聞いてくれました。 部屋は綺麗で広く、とにかく居心地がよかった。バスルームも広々満足。いつも新しいアメニティにしてくれました。 ルームサービスも、多少高いが、どれも美味しかったです。ピザは大きいものがホールでくるので、到底一人では食べきれなかった。 場所的には繁華街ではないので、ちょっと近くのコンビニへビールを買いに…などできないが、基本ホテルになんでもあるので問題ない。 サンセットもサンライズも綺麗で、感動的だった。また是非利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

にぎやかなサウスビーチとは違い、静かで落ち着いた環境に立地しているので、のんびりとした休日を過ごすことができました。セキュリティもしっかりしているので、安心できます。また、スタッフの対応も親切でした。チックイン時間前でも快く室内に案内して頂き、長旅の疲れもとることができました。

最高の立地条件、最高のサービス、最高の食事。いろんなホテルを経験しましたが、トップックラスです。是非、また行きたいホテルです。

サービスや食事、部屋の印象はとてもいいです。窓からの風景がハワイのようで、とても印象的でした。素晴らしいホテルだったと思います。

I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

Liked attention to healthy foods, as well as unique. Good hotel layout. No reading material is unbelievably inferior. Very expensive in every way.

this is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is wonderful and ready to accommodate anything that you need. The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks. The location is a quick ride to the Brickell area where there’s a many amazing restaurants and shopping. I will continue to stay at this property. My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties. I would say it’s a perfect resort and I’m being super critical because I would give the food a seven or eight it is not terrible. I just enjoy the options the menus at the other properties better Isabel’s at the Coconut Grove Ritz Carlton is hands-down our favorite. it is also definitely very difficult to get service on the beach. I did have to chase down the server who was lovely and there was only one person working the entire beach and again I’m being super critical because at $1000 plus a night you’re just looking for superior service. Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete.

Incredible expiration liked everything

I am in love with this property and everyone that works there is wonderful. The only comment I have is they need new towels by the pool. They were frayed on the edges and many fresh towels had stains on them. My only flaw on the property.

Reservamos o hotel para aproveitarmos a praia, no entanto, o hotel atrasou o nosso quarto. Eram quase 5pm e nosso quarto não estava pronto. Reservamos uma suite ocean fronto e nos enviaram para um quarto provisório de day use, com vista para um telhado inóspito. O café da manhã fazem você esperar, por mais de 15 min, em pé, por uma mesa, mesmo com o salão vazio. Quando foram nos sentar, disseram que não poderíamos sentar naquela mesa. Uma experiência horrível. Falta gestão adequada. Não há um gerente que olhe pela experiência dos hóspedes. É uma pena, um lugar deslumbrante, mas com atendimento e experiência tão deplorável.

The property is just beautiful. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The lunch at the Mexican restaurant was phenomenal. The best quesadillas I’ve ever had!
