メニューが多く大変おいしかったです。10泊以上滞在しましたが最後までおいしくいただきました。

ジムは狭いけど、プール、サウナが充実してます。 駅からも５分程度。

バーゼル駅から徒歩5分程で、中心部までも近く、アクセスが良いです。 ホテルは新しくてきれいです。 屋内プール、サウナ、フィットネスルームがあり使い勝手がよかったです。 部屋もポット、コーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫、スリッパなどヨーロッパのホテルにはあまりないものもついていて便利でした。

The hotel was OK, rooms were ample enough... But the problem was with the front desk staff, check in was good but the MALE staff on day of check out was unacceptable, the guy in the light grey suit was RUDE and not helpful at all. This reflects on the overall stay, we're supposed to stay another night but changed our minds

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war sehr klein und Wünsche, die vorab gemeldet wurden, wurden nicht berücksichtigt und erst nach nochmaliger Aufforderung möglich. Es fehlten Bademäntel und die Tür zum Badezimmer klemmte. In den fluren roch es irgendwie nach Kanalisation

Excellent friendly staff

The property was perfectly located to restaurants, shopping, and local sites. The tram literally picked up within feet of the front entrance. The single room was the perfect size for one. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful. They spoke English and German. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, the restaurant staff were so friendly, and the food was excellent!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Basel. Thank you.

Convenient location Basel trams make it easy to get around

Stayed for one night before traveling to St.Moritz. Very nice hotel, not far from the train station. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. I would stay here again for sure!

Disappointing stay for a Radisson. Tiny, cramped room with barely enough room between bed and wall to open my suitcase. Very dimly lit with no overhead ceiling light and no light on one side of the bed. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly with papers and water bottle left in the desk. Very basic furnishings and interior that felt like a budget hotel. Staff at reception and restaurant were very good and meal there was okay.
