Ill say i dont think this hotel is worth the money but i guess the area its in determines that. I will say we arrived late around 10 PM. Apparently hotel was booked out so we were put in one of the remaining rooms upon entering the room immediately we noticed the AC had an issue which caused the room to be very humid and put out a bad odor. We notified front desk, but due to the time we understood we wouldn’t be able to change rooms immediately. We had business early in the morning, I got a call around 10 o’clock by a lady at the front desk saying she could put us into a different room if we were to return back to the hotel by 12 o’clock unfortunately our business had us out later than that and we did not arrive back till 1:30p upon our arrival the lady still granted our request to change rooms with a smile and even told us she had a maid stay late to get the next room ready. I will give this hotel major kudos for that and why I gave them a four star rating the room we got put into was great, comfortable and had no smell.

This property and its staff were amazing, especially Art, Nick, and the housekeepers. I was there for my nephews Marine Corps graduation and was given a gift of a small marine flag by Art. It was such a special moment for me so it was a nice touch at check-in. The shuttles were also a huge help! I will 100% be recommending it to friends and family.

Great place

The AC unit didn’t work. Not a big issue but the hot and cold were reversed in the shower.

Our room smelled horribly of wet mold and strong smell of urine. Front desk gave a bottle of febreeze and it did nothing. Worst night of my life and while I was in town for a memorial of a 4 year old. Was told by Gina that she would call me back for refund and was never called back.

Nice clean rooms and closed to the beach!

No ventillation besides the window that only opens couple inches. Whole room smells like pee due to that and makes the room so humid.

Far better hotels are available all over San Diego at much better price. Never come across a hotel worse than this. I agree with all other critical reviews submitted for this hotel.

Just ok nothing special, close to Seaworld. Room was small. A bit disappointed as room was not cleaned although it was requested.

Hotel was good with reasonable prices. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint is the loud running water. When we used the bathtub to bathe our children the plumbing was loud and neighbors complained.

Small rooms that are perfect for families here on beach vacations. You sleep and wash up and leave. Pet friendly. Breakfast daily. Pool that everyone seemed to enjoy as we passed by. Lots of pillows on the beds. Rooms getting updated and staff is helpful and nice. We've stayed here twice so far with no complaints.

Clean rooms. Breakfast and parking included. In walking distance of Mission Bay Park a nice place for a picnic and relaxing close to the water.

Great hotel and staff!

While the rooms were compact, they offered sufficient space to be comfortable. The breakfast selection was consistently delightful, featuring a variety of options such as eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, milk, and coffee. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout my visit.
