Check in was quick and easy. Nice quiet area and great facilities!

Almost empty so little staff around but those there were helpful. Breakfast was a disappointment. Nothing warm, just yogurt, bagels and a few pastries.

The hotel STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALLY ATTENTIVE, KIND, AND HELPFUL, VERY SINCERE, NOTHING "SHOWY" JUST GOOD PEOPLE. NATHAN ON AT 1700 AND KAYLA, EARLY MORNING.

Everything was nice and clean, the property was quite and convenient.

Breakfast basically did not exist

The room was fine. The breakfast, however, was very disappointing. No decent choices for children. Also, very limited television channels. Again, not much to entertain children. Would not stay here again.

Cleanliness - bugs all over Poor breakfast Loud

Our main problem was that the walls in the rooms were terribly thin. The person next to us had their TV blaring loudly all night long and my husband and I didn’t get any sleep. I did call the front desk in the middle of the night and asked them to take care of this and they said they would look into it. Nothing was done. Spent quite a bit of time trying to talk to management about reducing our bill due to no sleep. They said they would give us a certain amount of money off of the rate and as of today (6 days), we have not seen that credit come through. Also we were surprised at a Radisson hotel only having choice of a cold breakfast with nothing hot. The last thing I will mention is that the lobby area and our room smelled of a cleaning solution that I was very sensitive to.

Nice clean hotel that allows dogs.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the cold breakfast. Not much variety or quantity for everyone at the hotel.

It was filthy underneath the bed. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The internet with disconnect and reconnect all night. But it had one of the best beds I've slept in so there's a plus.

For the price absolutely top notch. Clean and friendly. Comfortable. Will stay again.

Unfortunately the bed in our room was way too soft and uncomfortable. Definitely needs to be replaced. Breakfast had decent options. Need sign to explain 'smart' toaster...never knew they existed much less needed.

In expensive for a nice roomier room

Listed as having breakfast but all it had was coffee, yogurt, bagels and fruit. The room set-up was much like a lower end hotel with the sink right inside the door. The folding closet door would not shut so it stuck out.

Not many options for breakfast. Wish this hotel had a hot tub. Very uncomfortable chairs in the pool area.

The staff was incredible. The room was okay, can’t expect much with price point. But bed was good, shower worked fine and room was okay. No hot breakfast, which I wasn’t planning for anyways. Very close to ISU.

Property is showing its age and is lacking in upkeep. Air conditioner in our room was super loud. Had to wear earplugs to try and block the noise. The one treadmill was broken and there was no air circulation in the fitness room. Property is changing to Choice so maybe they will invest in upkeep.
