There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.

You have to pay for the pool — it was only allowed once as a “complimentary” visit. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where you actually have to pay to use the pool. The bathroom was poorly renovated; the sink had a noticeable yellow stain. Definitely not what I expected for the price. View was amazing.

Room was too hot, we changed to newer after one night. Small rooms.

Fresh hotel, good location with closeness to old town and the new part of riga. Spa facilities were lovely, booked a treatment so enjoyed time in the spa on 6th floor Spacious room, shame it was on a low level of the lower building mening view was a roof and the other hotel block. Breakfast area was so cold, no heating and vents blowing cold air. Roof bar area was nice and lovely drinks and food

Excellent experience as per usual. The Lobby Bar staff are all extremely professional and courteous. I think they all deserve a raise in pay.

Todo muy bien pero servicio limpieza habitaciones no fue muy bueno, la cama no la hicieron, la sábana bajera arrugada, solo tiraron edredón por encima y luego dos de los 4 cojines en el suelo
