Property was clean and beautiful. If you don't do all-inclusive option be ready to pay outrageous prices at the restaurants.

It was quiet, staff profesional. Funny, food was delicious, fiesta mexicana food was delicious but the mariachi only played for 1 hour.

Todo estuvo en promedio pero no me gustó es que llegando con la idea de mostrarte o darte instrucciones te llevan con sus promotores de venta vip en mi caso llegué con mi familia cansado fastidiado harto y todavía tuvimos que aventarnos casi 40 minutos de escuchar de los beneficios que era la suscripción

Maravillosa propiedad en Puerto Vallarta. Excelente opción.

Cucarachas en la habitación

Instalaciones muy bonitas, un lugar muy limpio, comida muy variada, sumamente agradable, sin embargo, la amabilidad y la atención proporcionada por algunos miembros del personal no es nada agradable.

Limpieza y cuartos grandes y cómodos, lo único es que la playa no puede ser usada debido a los erizos y posibles cocodrilos en temporada de lluvia por lo cual es peligroso entrar

The telephone in the room was not charged when I needed to call to have someone pick up the luggage. Also, I had to wiggle the door handle to get it to open. Otherwise the door will not catch whatever it is that makes it open and in the meantime you are standing in the heat. There’s no free WiFi. The beach view is obstructed by some cabanas but you can see it from the side where you exit to the beach. The grounds are covered with plants and palm trees it was beautiful.

Pros: - Excellent location, close to downtown - Nice hotel, in good shape, attention to the detail - Modern room with a nice private terrace… Maybe missing a table and two chairs - Good ocean view - Excellent service, all very friendly - We enjoyed the Noche Mexicana, excellent mariachi music - Breakfast buffet is acceptable…I liked Sunday’s brunch seafood Cons: - We stayed at the third floor and it was very disappointing to hear loud music at night (two out of three nights). - Our flight was at 7 PM, therefore we should be around 5PM at the airport. Since the checkout time is at noon, I needed to pay $64 USD to stay until 4:30PM!!!!. It is important to mention that the hotel was half-empty...

Mal todo en la habitación, ventanales sucios, sin luz en balcón, control tv no funcionaba , las cortinas no sirvieron hasta el domingo después de varias quejas!! Es una lástima que con ese costo por noche todo esté mal No lo vale!! Nunca lo recomendaría
