朝食はホットミール、パン、フルーツ等豊富までは行かないが満足 スタッフは皆対応が良く問題なし。 部屋は清潔、掃除もしっかりしてもらえたし問題なし ただ、お風呂のシャワーが問題 温度が安定せず水圧が微妙 空調も後半おかしくなったがなんとか持ち堪えました パリ市内から近く、寝るだけで予約したのでそこだけを考えると満足。 立地、地下鉄からの距離、空港バスからの距離、周辺の飲食店 JCBのカードデスクでおすすめを頂いたので十分な環境でした

部屋や設備は清潔でスタッフの対応も良いです。立地が良く周辺にはレストランやバーなどもたくさんあって非常に便利です。

交通の便が良いので、目的の場所に行きやすかった。

一泊の金額はそこそこ高いホテルですが、シャワーブースで下水が臭い、正直不快でした。 また洗面所の床には見たこともない虫が這っていて驚きました。２泊だけだったので我慢しましたが、もう二度と泊まりたくないです。

3月初旬に４泊で利用しました。 従業員の方々は丁寧で、英語が苦手な私にもゆっくり話してくれたり、笑顔で挨拶してくれて心地よく感じました。 ホテルの立地は抜群で、ルーブル美術館やオペラ座に徒歩でも15分程度で行くことができます。飲食店やスーパーも複数あり、食事や軽食の買い物に困ることもありませんでした。 部屋のWiFiは非常に快適でした。また、シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。但し宿泊した部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんでした。 宿泊中に気になったことは２つあり、一つは思った以上に部屋が狭かったこと、もう一つは排水溝の臭いが強かったことです。 部屋は、大人２人でキャリーケースを広げると歩くスペースが制限され、あまり快適ではありませんでした。 排水溝の臭いは、シャワーを使っていないと、シャワールームの排水溝から下水の臭いが上がってきてしまうため、常にシャワーを出しっぱなしにしておくしかありませんでした。 総じて、部屋の狭さに我慢できるのであれば、立地と値段のコストパフォーマンスは良いと思うので、立地重視の方におすすめです。

Lovely hotel in the 9th Arrondissement, walking distance to the opera, Notre Dame, Monmartre, Gare du Nord. The room was renovated, with excellent bathroom. Soundproof room with powerful air conditioner. Extremely friendly staff. Safe area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Maison Axel Opéra and cannot recommend it enough for a trip to Paris!The Room: Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was an absolute lifesaver after long days of exploring.The Food & Staff: Breakfast each morning was lovely and fresh. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming.The Location: Absolutely unbeatable. It is a mere 3-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, and a quick, easy 12-minute walk from Gare du Nord. Getting around Paris or catching the train couldn't have been simpler.If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a prime, highly connected location, this is the place to book. We will definitely be back!

Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunate one night someone decided to smoke in the room and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Nice place. Bathroom a little small and it was a shower over tub.

Staff were very helpful, from storing our luggages to booking our transport to the airport. Easy to communicate as they speak fluent English as well. Rogers that worked on May 30 for evening shift and the staff at reception that works May 30 in the morning. They are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful

Vi fik en lidt dårlig start på opholdet, da vi skulle vente i over en time på at kunne tjekke ind, fordi der var nogle problemer med rengøring af vores værelse. Eneste minus. Gode omgivelser, i gåafstand til alting, venligt og imødekommende personale. Lidt kedelig, men fin og god morgenmad. Gode værelser med meget behagelige senge. Mørklægningsgardiner, der lukkede alt lys ude og lydtætte vinduer og døre, der tog alt støj fra gaden. Væggene var dog ikke så lydtætte. Helt klar opholdet værd og vil anbefale hotellet til andre.

Glimmerende beliggenhed og venligt personale Toilet/bad kan indrettes bedre. Værelser i stuen kan have gener af lyde fra andre gæster

The staff were great, the room was comfortable and clean, and there is a lift, albeit a tiny one. The location is very convenient for restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Metro. We were on the 6th floor with no view, and it was very quiet. The shower could do with a service, but not so much as to inconvenience us. And breakfast was good, with a hard-working and pleasant person keeping it all on track.
