It was very nice to stay. I enjoyed my staying very much. Hotel staffs are kind and perfect.

The staff was wonderful! They helped us with a lot of requests because of a family wedding. The room was great and fit our family very comfortably. The breakfast and refreshment area was also a great addition. Thank you so much.

Wonderful stay in a charming city. We enjoyed how nice and convenient this hotel was. They even provided a very thoughtful surprise when they discovered it was my birthday! A really great choice in the wonderful town of Lucca!

Very well positioned hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff. The breakfast was good and more than adequate. Easy walking distance to the old city, and not too far from the railway station. This was our second visit to this hotel.

Nice hotel . Friendly reception staff . Good at explaining the complimentary drinks and happy hour arrangements etc. Very helpful arranging restaurant bookings and sourcing tickets for Puccini opera evening. Breakfast in the morning was substantial with beautifully prepared pastries and Italian sweet cakes . Liked the location . All walkable would go back but ask for a bigger room as the double we paid for was not that big

A wonderful hotel providing a comfortable and luxurious base to explore Lucca

Vi havde åbenbart booket i en bygning overfor selve hotellet det bliver man ikke gjort opmærksom på i forbindelse med bookningen. Der var støj var indgangsdøren samt fra aircondition. Og lyset fra aircondition display var irriterende om natten. Sengen var god.

Il mio soggiorno all’Hotel Ilaria è stato perfetto. La camera molto bella e confortevole, il bagno eccellente e l’esperienza complessiva davvero ottima. Consiglio vivamente!

Nice location. Room we had was a bit older in design( dark/stuffy). Staff was great and breakfast a great bonus.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med hele oppholdet. Veldig hyggelig personale, gode senger og gode puter. Hotellet har også en veldig god belliggenhet. Skal jeg ønske noe mere, måtte det være litt bedre loungemøbler til uteterrassen. :)

Third time in Lucca and couldn't fault this hotel. Great location for (numerous) laps of the walls. Comfortable rooms, good choice of food and drinks for breakfast and surprise complimentary drinks / cakes in an afternoon. Hot tub and outside lounge area meant we could relax outside. Also complimentary bike hire means you save a fortune from the local bike hire shops. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
