総合評価とレビュー Villa Montparnasse

一人で花留学の為 アトリエに近いこちらに滞在しました 内装やバスタブの広さなど値段の割に良かったと思いました♬ スタッフも普通に感じよく 嫌な事は何一つありませんでした

チェックイン時のスタッフの方が少しだけ日本語をしゃべられておられ、早めにチェックインさせてくださりました。お部屋は広くはないですが、ベッドは広くて使いやすく快適でした。冷蔵庫あり、アメニティも一通り揃っていました。 朝食会場のスタッフの方がとても感じの良い方で、滞在2日目にはお部屋番号も覚えてていて、にこやかに接してくださり毎朝気持ちの良く、朝食も数は少ないですが美味しかったです。 バスタブのあるお部屋だったので、毎日お湯をはり疲れが取れました。

治安のいい区域、空港バス停から徒歩圏内で探しました。 ホテルはこじんまりしてますが、スタッフの方みんなフレンドリーで部屋もとてもキレイで清潔でした！ ロビーの壁紙はヒョウ柄です！笑 朝食のクロワッサンが美味しかったです☆ 周りにはメトロの駅やモノプリSEPHORA、コインランドリーに有名なアイス屋さんamorinoもあります！ すぐ近くのタイ料理屋さんが本格的で美味しかったです◡̈ パリの夜景を一望できるモンパルナスタワー も近くにあるので、観光客だらけの繁華街より静かな立地が好きな方にオススメです！

暑い季節でしたので、水のサービスがお部屋にあるとより快適でした。住宅街にあるため、近くに水を買うような店も見つかりませんでした。それ以外は期待通りでした。古い屋敷がそのままに使われている、この頃は改装してモダンで個性がないホテルが増えている中、希少なホテルです。

モンパルナス駅から歩いて15分程度、入り口は最初わかりにくかったけどチェックインして近くを散策するとBistroやカフェもたくさんあり生活しやすい場所です。 地下鉄の駅も100m歩けば十分。地元の人が住んでいる一角にホテルがあるという感じ。ただ部屋の鍵が開けづらく苦労したけど綺麗だし満足。

少し駅から遠いが、周りは安心できるロケーション。ホテルの従業員も親切で英語でしっかり受け答えをしてくれます。

施設は古いもののメンテナンスはされており快適。またこのホテルはモンパルナス墓地に面しているため眺望は抜群です。気になった点は空調の作動音が少々大きい点。

パリのホテルの中では値段もそこまで高すぎず、アクセスも比較的よく、市内観光や滞在を楽しむ目的でのホテルをお探しの場合は良い場所だと思います。ただ、室内が暗く、ホテルへの快適さや華々しさを求める場合は別の場所をお勧めします。（エレベータの壁にはアマゾンのイメージなのか猿などの動物の絵が描いてあるなど、やや不気味でした）

I've stayed there many times. Almost good, but sometimes happen some problems with the front. Some time there are problem with the card checking machine, it takes a lot of time to check in.

Our room needed repair, new carpet and the wood paneling needs to be redone.

Me gusto la estancia en este Hotel

They provide me room 710 and it was right next to elevator. There was constant niise from the elevator with some wierd sound I could not sleep at all. I complained and they said " i know elevator needs a part to fix"

Great location near Montparnasse and charming hotel. The staff was very nice.

Close to railway station & lovely eateries.

This hotel is long past it's prime. They need to close, gut and start again. This is a beautiful building but unloved. This is also reflected in the staff attitude

Alles bestens

This is a quaint hotel in the Latin quarter conveniently located in a fantastic neighborhood for outdoor dining, markets and shopping. The bus is just steps away from the lobby. Bus number 68 takes you to the main area for the museums and Eiffel Tower. The metro is also a few steps away. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

We loved the location and the staff were very nice and helpful - would definitely stay there again
