部屋を変更されたみたいで。鍵が開かなかったのと、朝食付きで予約していたのが、ついていないと、言われ、チェックに時間がかかり、、、少し不満。

朝食が素晴らしく、駅も近く、どこにでもアクセスがしやすい。

シンプルだが必要なものは揃っている部屋に施設でよかった。バスルームも清潔で綺麗。

During my recent stay, I booked a twin room, but there were only enough slippers for one person. There were no other amenities at all; I had to request even basic items like toothbrushes and cotton swabs from the front desk. The next day, there was only one bath towel provided, so I called the front desk. It was very stressful. When I turned on the air conditioning, it seemed to be blowing out dust, causing me to sneeze. Furthermore, without any prior explanation, they charged me a 5% discretionary service charge upon check-out. They also didn't accept cash. The staff's service was slow and overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

お部屋には、毎日お水が無料で付いているのでありがたかったです。立地もよく、Earls court駅に近く、周辺には小さなスーパーもあるので、飲み物や、軽食の購入には助かりました。また、カフェもいくつかあるので、観光の帰り道に寄ることができて良かったです。

Great staff !! Close to a tube connection. Quaint walkable community! Great back garden area for relaxing !

Thank goodness for the refresher room when we arrived, very pleasant surprise! The staff was all lovely and helpful. We loved the garden area. It was a great place to come back to after our London excursions.

All of the staff were wonderful! Dinner was delicious and the bar is excellent. Very close to the underground station which makes it easy to get to and from. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location in Earl’s Court, very close to the London Underground as well as numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful! Room was lovely, very clean.

Clean and cute room. Best toiletries provided. Great bar. We loved everything about this hotel and its proximity to the metro station.

The hotel was nice aesthetically but my stay was not great. The shower wasn’t working, the water from the shower head was all over and the second shower head was not able to stand so that wasn’t great. The telephone and tv both weren’t working so I couldn’t call the reception. As I couldn’t call reception I needed an iron so had to go down in the morning and the reception said they will send it up they never did. So it wasn’t the best.

Helt fantastiskt boende i London, en riktigt dold pärla! Rummets storlek var inget märkvärdigt, men fräscht badrum med produkter från Le Labo. Hotellet hade en jättemysig innergård och själva interiören i hotellet var också jättefräscht. Trevlig person. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Jag själv kommer bo här igen om jag ska till London. 2 min promenad till tunnelbanan (station Earls court) vilket också var ett stort plus. Om jag ska klaga på något så var det faktiskt frukosten, den var sådär och smakade inte särskilt bra.

We loved our stay here! Great location in earls court. We got some attitude from the staff when we checked out, but other than that the other staff were amazing and helpful! Very cute boutique style hotel.

Amazing place and pretty much the highlight of our trip. Miiro is situated in a lovely neighbourhood just off Earl's Court's main road. The interior of the lobby, common areas, bar and restaurants was both beautiful and tasteful! Same for the rooms and loved the bathrooms, very luxorious. The hotel bar: 'Sprout' had friendly and talented bartenders who served you delicious drinks. My girlfriend forgot her shoes but the hotel quickly arranged so the shoes was sent to our home address. Great service! Overall feeling is that this hotel offers you a luxury stay but at an affordable price! We're coming back!

Poor, slow and tiresome checkin. Not particularly service minded staff. Argumentative. Messy systems. Tried to make it our fault. Restaurant was ill managed and food was poor. Nice enough facilities, but overall not a place we would recommend. London has much better.

The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke.
