清潔なホテルで、とても快適に過ごせました。 深夜にドアの開閉や話し声が響き、何度か目が覚めました。 朝8時ごろに清掃の方が来るので、外出時間が遅い方は、ドアにメッセージを掛けておいた方が良いと思います。

Parking was not good, had to park far away and walk with special needs child. Staff could have been friendlier. AC was great, room was good. Pool hours are great.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, roomy, super easy to move around. The only downside (which is for every hotel) is that you can hear footsteps from upper levels, echoing hallways can be heard from the room, blackout curtains aren’t fully blackout

We enjoyed our stay at this tranquil Hampton in very much! It all started with a very accommodating and helpful staff that really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable, dealing with a room issue and loud neighbor promptly and with great professionalism. The pool and hot tube were the highlight of our stay with the gorgeous palm trees and mountain backdrop.

False fire alarm sound at 1:00AM this Wednesday. This wake me up late for my flight . Also, bad smelling in the room, like old.

The property was clean and the breakfasts were really good. The beds were hard as a rock. I was sleeping there 4 nights and after the 1st night I went to Walmart and bought an egg crate topper. Every time people in the adjoining rooms left, the doors would slam so hard the room shook. I had to buy Benadryl to be able to sleep through the night.

I staff scammed me and kicked me out of the room cause I complained that the bed looked slept in as there was long hair and a body imprint on the bed

This place is a gem.The location isn’t exactly the greatest, but the facility itself, I’d give five stars for cleanliness and friendliness and a wonderful breakfast. We went swimming in the pool and went in the hot tub in the evening, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the cleanest I’ve seen in all of our stays in hotels lately.

The pool was nice however the we went here to visit family however the lady named rose was rude at checkin I understand hotels need payment and there’s a fee the lady named rose was rude and demanded payment away when I explained my mom paid for the room she was extremely rude

Room was clean the only issue was the midnight smoke alarm issue. Kept me awake for over an hour.

Was put on the first level, across from the employees only room. That door was continuously opened and shut loudly beginning around 4 am. It made it very difficult to sleep. I really think this should be mentioned when being checked in or maybe mention to the employees that guest are sleeping and could be careful with the door as I am also aware that people need to work. I do love this place but will ask to not be out there if I stay there again.
