Nothing great , horrible service , breakfast options are horrible, room service and no laundry detergent available to purchase at the hotel, over all it's not a pleasant experience at spark hotel

I had an evening arrival and early morning departure. Pickup was unfriendly and slow. For departure I needed to call a cab since it was before the shuttle started. No help on getting a taxi. People at Dulles and hotel mostly provide the 'I don't answer' to most questions.

What a pleasant surprise! Spark by Hilton Sterling rises to the occasion! We were greeted by Mr. Mike, and he set the tone for the stay! Everything and everywhere was clean and inviting! The halls are the best lit of any I've ever seen! Remodeled a year ago, the carpet, furniture, and paint are all still fresh! Although Dulles Airport is nearby, we heard just 1 plane take off. Would definitely look to stay here again!

The bed was comfy, shower pressure was great. Room was very small. Now desk to wrok so that was disappointing. Needed to do laundry and they only took quaters. But had no change machine or atm, and the front desk couldn't charge my room 3 dollars to give me quarters so i jad ro walk to the local gas station to do so. Very inconvenient. Front desk also was not nice when asking for the shuttle when i didnt make it to the pick up on time and he had to come back. Actually was rude on phone and hung up.

Shuttle is not available 24 hours. The staff manning the desk told me to order an uber because they wouldn’t take me back to the airport

Ants in the bathroom and staff said that they can spray the next day or offer another room.

Overall stay was okay. My hotel room was scorching hot. AC Barely worked. Breakfast was mediocre, store bagels and watered down juice. overall 2.5 out of 5.

Overall stay was good. Room was very clean. Very near to Dulles Airport and nearby shopping. However Gym is not there. Not a lot of food options in the breakfast.

Amazing from airport pick up to drop off. Clean environment less than 10 mins from airport. Easy check in. Gladly book again.

Honestly the room I was in smelled awful and the linens smelled and looked dirty . Bathroom was dirty as well. Person at front desk had such a terrible attitude and quite honestly it was disgusting to see them make faces and rudely answer to other guests as well . Honestly was not worth the money or even another stay. If I could I would’ve already asked for a refund because it was quite honestly the worst experience

The hotel was very clean, the room made me feel at home and the decor was great 😊 It would be nice if there were some additional breakfast options.

Pleasantly surprised! I expected a lower-grade place for the price (I was desperate to save money after a cancelled flight). The lobby was clean and bright, and my room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, huge TV, and great shower. Plus, free breakfast and shuttle to airport. Amazing value and convenience for a traveler who needed a quick overnight but not a ton of luxurious amenities. Exceeded my expectations.
