ホテル施設は少々年月が経っている感は拭えませんが、快適に休暇を過ごせました。6歳、8歳の子供たちはプールで楽しく遊んでました。子供用に2台のエクストラベッドを入れてもらいましたが、それでもかなりのスペースが余るほど、広い部屋でした。目の前が海ではありませんが、海までちょうど良い程度の距離（数百メートル）です。

Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, fine location Cons: VERY noisy lounge, entrance, dining hall, and also at the location of my room - right next to two elevators with plings every arrival at floor (mine, below and above) and drunk all-inclusive guests going in and out. Please at least install sound reduction-materials in the big wall to cealing stone/concrete areas.

Clean hotel, rooms nice, very small bar limited options for all inclusive, no drinks menu seemed to be only 3 cocktails available and they are very basic, dining area is clean but food choice very limited, no seperate pizza bars, grils etc, canteen style food limited choice.

Det var et okay hotel til prisen, værelset stort og indbydende. Poolen var helt fint men ekstrem dårlige solsenge der alle var knækket i midten så du lå meget dårligt og de skulle være hurtig og tidligt nede for at få en. All inklusive cocktail der kan man vælge med 3 forskellige, virkelig dårlig stil og meget uinteressant men lækkert med snacks ved poolen efter kl 12 som burger og pommes frites. Aftensmaden var okay men ikke særlig spændende og den mindste salatbar jeg længe har set. Morgenmaden var okay, tilgengæld er restauranten forfærdelig med alt det larm der er og noget de burde gøre noget ved, det er ikke til at holde ud at spise der. Men alt i alt et okay hotel

Really disappointed by this supposedly 4* hotel. The room was nice and mostly clean (a few hairs on the bed and in the bathroom), and staff were generally nice. But the all inclusive food was terrible - limited choice and everything was cold, even when going to dinner at the start of opening times. The pool was good but having smokers in the pool bar, near where lunch snacks were being served was not nice. The lifts are also tiny - I couldn't fit a pushchair and suitcase in the same lift. We also had to use two lifts to get up to floor 6 which was inconvenient. I think wheelchair users would have difficulty. We booked a family room, and requested a cot, which was put in the room so that was good. We also had a decent view over the pool and out to sea. We only received one room key card which was slightly inconvenient. We also asked for a kettle so we could make our baby bottles of milk. They refused. So we had to fill up 2 small Chilly bottles with hot water from the coffee machines so we had some hot water overnight. Luckily we had these bottles with us otherwise we wouldn't have been able to make bottles overnight. You also had to pay a cash only deposit for the safe in the bedroom and also for pool towels. Most hotels have a card/token system in place for loaning beach towels. Lots of Spaniards, f

Très beau logement et bien situé. Attention pensez à réserver le parking car stationnement compliqué.

Ma chambre était situé au dessus du local à poubelle. Chambre donc sans balcon . Quand j’ouvrais ma fenêtre les cafards entraient dans ma chambre j’en ai même ramené un cafard à l’accueil . Salle de bain minuscule avec des remontées d’égouts Moquettes au sol très peu nettoyé. Sèche serviette salle de bain rouiller. Réglage de la pomme de douche casser Armoire sans tablette pour ranger lés vêtements Coffre placer au sol absolument pas pratique Le lit garni de coussin décoratif plus encombrant qu’autre chose Les fixations des portes manquantes ou cassées Chambre placée juste à coté de 2 ascenseurs donc le bip toute les minutes

Hotel is classified fixed as four star I would classify the facilities as the lowest bar by a whisper to attain this status. There are several things they could do at minimum cost to get it to be a nicer hotel. I would love to do a consultation excercise, at a price with this hotel to share the number of simple things they could do to make this hotel even better. I may stay here again if another hotel is not available and at the right price,

Rooms are great! Even had smart tvs. Thoroughly impressed for the price I paid. Honestly could not fault it.

Hotel was very clean and staff were professional and polite. Room was a good size with nice sea view. It’s located in what seems to be a run down area of Torremolinos and is a 10 minute stroll to the beach. No onsite entertainment during our stay. We stayed all inclusive food options were limited and hot food was often cold. Drinks were ok. Had to pay a 1euro deposit for a cup to get drinks and needed to be persistent to get deposit back at end of holiday also had to pay 20€ deposit for pool towels and a 10€ deposit for room safe

Good hotel just outside centre of Torre but walkable, refurbished new rooms, excellent breakfast. Pool looked nice but didn't use it.

Good but the TV didn’t work and the safe was broken.
