Really fantastic location, staff, and room. The only negative is you have to pay 2200 YEN daily to use their swimming pool/spa/sauna. I thought this was quite ridiculous for a 4-5 star hotel.

The hotel was great. 3-5mins walk to Shinjuku station. service was good. there's a direct bus from the airport so that's a big plus point. room was big for Tokyo standard. All in all, we are happy with the hotel.

it's a great hotel, close to the station and the shibuya crossing. although the room is a bit on the smaller size than the other country hotel with same star ranking. 9\10 will come again.
