I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest waiting, very rude manner, and they don't seems to care about it. They look very tired, not welcoming, and never smile. I forgot to pick up a photo at the reception when checking out (reception was supposed to give the photo at the check out), and I asked them to send it to my home in France, which should take few minutes of their time and 1 Euro for a stamp, but they refused and said they don't make this service. I think it was partially their fault, and is not much additional work to help their customer, but they don't seems to care. I wouldn't complain if this was a 3 star hotel, but I feel very dissapointed to receive this poor service from a 4 star hotel. I don't mind going back some day to this hotel for the excellent entertainment staff, however, reception staff and managers needs some adjustment.

Beautiful hotel with a calm and tranquil atmosphere. All staff very pleasant and polite. The only issue was the food could be quite boring on certain nights, other nights it was spectacular!

Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Partner Ende April / Anfang Mai in dem Hotel. Es hat uns super gefallen, die ganze Anlage war total sauber und auch das Zimmer war in einem Top Zustand. Das Essen war sehr vielseitig und es ist für jeden was dabei - alles hat auch super geschmeckt. Wir hatten ‚nur‘ das ‚normale‘ All inklusive (nicht das Platin) aber das war völlig ausreichend. Wir haben jederzeit alle Getränke bekommen die wir wollten. Die Pool-Area war auch total sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl das Hotel sehr viele Zimmer hat & auch gut besucht war, hat man nie was von anderen Gästen gehört wenn man auf dem Zimmer war. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und komme auch gerne wieder :)

I've been in lots of all inclusive hotels and resorts in Turkey, Mexico, Domenican Republic, .... This one was the worse exprience ever. -All inclusive is a joke for this hotel. they only serve food and snack till 9:30 P.M and there is no room service. -food is poor in quality and variaty. -Poor amenities. -Poor entertainment. -As an all incluse customer you need to pay extra for every simple things like cabanas, lots of beverages (Alcoholic ones) even for coffee if you order at hello bar and if you order a simple cocktale you would get sugary syrop and ice. -They have 2 small pools and they ask you deposit for pool towels. -No Hot tub for you, just if you pay extra as a platinum member. No toiletery in bathroom. there is just one low quality shampoo. Don't even expect hair conditionnar. And, don't let them to fool you that you are treated better if you pay more for delux rooms. Beach access is closed. The only Pro was the cleanliness if you don't consider insects in your room and somewhat worn out sheets and towls.

Great location with great views for a beautiful hotel with lots of facilities. The staff were kind, attentive and efficient, and the restaurant food was varied, fresh and plentiful. What a fabulous hotel

We had an excellent 7 nights stay at Landmar Playa La Arena. Can't wait to make a return visit in the future. Everything was top notch and it made for great vacation!

Très bel hôtel et emplacement

The overall experience is good. The food is diversified but not really tasty. It can be low quality some days. You do not have access everywhere in the hotel unless you are Platimium. If you are not too picky with the food, you can have a great stay !

I came for family vacation, 3 adults. Hotel is fabulous, very clean and personal is very polite and helpful. Very close to the beach, literally just cross the street and go 1 minute down. 3 pools also were with pleasant temperature and a lot of space around. Rooms are simple, a bit old but very clean. Also great ozean view. Cleaning was every day, and no one took the tips. Food was great, with a lot of choices. Different kind of fish and seafood - everything was fresh. Cocktails in the evening could be better. Also orange juice has nothing to do with oranges - very chemical. We went to merkandona to buy fresh. Animators team and shows were also good, I liked calm piano sessions and music in the outside area. In general - great vacation, amazing hotel.
