空港からタクシーで55＄、道が混まなければ25分。 レストラン・モールも徒歩圏にあり快適。 モーニングは品数は限られているが、出張の朝食には十分。 ただ、エアコンの音がうるさく部屋も寒すぎたので滞在中はエアコンを切っていました。　外は34度程度でしたが、エアコンを切っても館内の空気が冷えているので日本人には十分快適と思います。

Great Room Excellent Service Courteous Service

Clean spacious room with comfortable beds and sofa bed. Staff was extremely kind and pleasant and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

If your traveling with your family thus is the perfect hotel for you. They offer rooms with full kitchen with dishwasher, glass top stove refrigerator, granite table countertops for your children to enjoy a nice meal. The beds are spacious soft and clean. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean with Dove products which were a plesant suprise. This hotel offers FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE. I'm boy mom so it came in handy. I was suprised to know they also had HAPPY HOUR. If your on a buget which in this economy most of us are. Happy Hour is where you wanna be. The ensemble of crispy chicken wings, french fries with nacho cheese sauce various dipps for your wings, fountain drinks, juice all in an area suited for comfort and relaxation. The dining room leads out to a courtyard your whole family can enjoy Staybridge Ballantyne locatiin has an indoor pool, we havent been able to enjoy yet but I'll keep you posted with an update on our experience. Ive added photos, unfortunately i wasnt able to get Happy Hour. I was too busy eating.

The staff was nice with the exception of the person at the desk when I checked out. The front person at checkin and the maintenance person were very friendly. The property needs to be to upgraded. The furniture was dirty. When I went to flip the cushion the other side was worse. There were brown spots on the walls.

Great customer service and I love the hot tub

Went to visit family. The room is good for that sort of trip, but the room needs an upgrade. Clean but needs an upgrade.

this place was nice and clean with a friendly staff Hot tub was broken while i was there and that was the reason that i pick this place.

Everyone at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everybody was friendly nice from the front desk to the workers. The maintenance housekeeping I will definitely go again and Brittany was a sweetheart at the social.

My husband enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites in Charlotte Ballantyne by IHG.

Property great, unfortunately for our family situation we prefer a door between the bedroom and sink are of the bathroom. Our room did not have that so was not as private, etc. when washing up, blowing drying hair, etc. Hot tub not working during visit, ugh!

The cooking of other guests. The smell was awful.

I liked the spacecious room, the very comfortable bed, the full size refrigerator and the amenities were nice. I didn't like there was no light over the stove in the kitchen and the railing to get in and out of the pool was not secured and was not safe.

I didn’t spend too much time at hotel. Can’t tell you how pool was or exercise room. However, it was over priced for the area.

Room was very nice and big Check in was easy

many of us were ready for breakfast on Saturday morning before the location opened up due to misinformation about weekend hours. Staff was talking on the phone loudly in the dining area while we all had to wait in the dark.
