コンシェルジュの対応はとても良かったが、全体的に人員不足。フロント、ドアマンなどが一、二名しかおらず、年末年始の混雑シーズンということもあり、対応してもらうまでの待ち時間が長かった。食事は感動こそ無いが、満足のいくレベル。Wi-Fiの速度が10-12MBと遅く、要改善。

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr groß.

Fabulous hotel. Wonderful views. Staff were so courteous. Great selection of activities during the day. Pool big and deep enough for a proper swim. We would go back.

We upgraded to LEVEL but our room 101 was on the other side of the resort a long way from the LEVEL facilities and the room was very basic. The hotel claims to be 5 star but in reality it is nearer a 3 star. The AI package not worth it and very restrictive- canteen style restaurant and food. Very loud music at the lower pool from 30th December outside our room. My wife was ill for 24 hours with upset stomach. We checked out two days early and found a proper five star resort. The marketing of this resort is deceptive and not realistic. We felt cheated and deceived.

The room floor was filthy. We had it reclined while we were out and though the stickiness had gone, one hour with white socks and they were black on the bottom. The nighttime bar music on an outside terrace was crap and destroyed the peaceful atmosphere. The food at the the buffet and the bar was very mediocre. We had the worst Quiche Lorraine ever. It was more like a bad cruise ship kitchen than a five star hotel. We had a cockroach visit our room on two of the mornings (not the same one!) This hotel is probably the highest one in Adeje. Great for view, a nightmare to walk down and back to the beach and shops. My legs still hurt.

Expected more to honest. Limited eating options around the main pool. Towels in the bedroom not changed for 3 days, we had to ask for this at reception. Feel the hotel should be more communicative about rooms that over look a car park.. it’s not the most expensive hotel in Costa Adeje so I probably have to reconsider this. have to also consider this.

Great location, staff good. Mosaico restaurant poor and expensive.

Fabulous and great adult activities

Gutes Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Merkwürdig fühlt sich die buchungsbedingte „ Klassengesellschaft“ an.

Nourriture bonne, personnel très accueillant et souriant, belle vue sur l'océan.

A very lovely hotel and blissfully quiet. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly and made the atmosphere very warm. We would love to stay here again.

Hotel muy bonito con todos los servicios disponibles, piscina, gimnasio, bares, restaurantes internamente sin necesidad de salir del hotel. El acceso a la piscina desde los niveles superiores no es directo, varios ascensores. La comida buffet muy bien y la atencion también. Los restaurantes fuera de pensión muy buenos pero algo caros. El acceso a la playa andando es largo aunque hay un autobús pero solo una ida y una vuelta. Hotel tranquilo, muy recomendable para relajarse, divertirse y comer bien.

Wat een geweldige accommodatie met betrokken personeel! Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen in een prachtige kamer (814) met een mega bed en geweldig uitzicht. De service was top en het eten lekker! Ik heb nu al zin om terug te komen 🙏

Es gab viele gute Aspekte, insbesondere The Level Upgrade, das Frühstück dort, die Snacks und Drinks sowie insgesamt leckeres Abendessen. Gleichzeitig aber auch einige Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Service und Abwechslung. Wer bereits echten 5*-Standard erlebt hat, wird hier merken: dieses Niveau wird nicht erreicht oder nur in Ansätzen.

Overall, hotel was OK. The staff really make the stay. Natalia is amazing, remembering guest names etc. Rooms need attention. TV in the room didn’t work consistently and was at a strange angle. The level check in, needs to be staffed properly or just let guests check in on floor 5. If I’m paying for a premium package, I am not hanging around for 30 minutes.
