隣の部屋の音が聞こえすぎ。うるさくて眠れなかった。 運河のそばにあるからか、窓を開けるとハエが入ってきた。結局、8匹のハエと夜寝ることになった。 階段が急すぎて怖くて使えなかった。（梯子みたいな勾配の上、らせん階段で、ステップの幅が極端に狭い） 周囲が極端にうるさい環境にあり、夜を通して叫び声などに悩まされた。

O carpete do quarto estava molhado e fedido. E quase não saia água do chuveiro. Apenas ficava gotejando.

Room and location were good. Fire alarm went off and staff didn’t handle it well

The staff here were the most helpful, friendliest and knowledgeable staff I have ever come across at any hotel ever. When you asked for options, they either already knew the options or were very proactive in getting the information for you. Room is SUPER small but budget friendly. Location was right in front of a beautiful canal and walkable to city center. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast options were pretty good too.

Staff were lovely! Great location. Perfect base for seeing the city.

The airport transport was a bit late but not much.

Unique room with a view of the canals. Some cleanliness issues. Spiral staircase would have been a problem if we weren't traveling with backpacks. Almost like climbing a ladder steep, with tiny treads of varying sizes. Requires some agility. Not a problem for us, but others might find it difficult to manage. Loud at night as it is near the red light district.

Rick working the front desk gave our group such great recommendations during our stay. Our hotel had an amazing view of the canal as well.

Good location, friendly staff, clean. Room was very small. Once my suitcase was on the folding table, I had to squeeze around to the far side of the bed. Only able to open the room door barely enough to get out. We are small people. Would not recommend for anyone large! Sorry.

Great location and clean facilities

A great little hotel in a wonderful walkable area! Staff were super friendly. Water pressure in the shower was very low though. Rooms are a little tiny but you get what you pay for

All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms, although a little small are clean and adequate. Hotel Nes was well located for everywhere we were wanting to go

Convenient location and very helpful, pleasant staff.

Very nice hotel, close to everything. Staff is extremely friendly, especially Rick. Very helpful, every recommendation was great. Bathroom and toilet in one, causes a bit of a mess when showering but not a huge deal in my eyes. They do have an elevator which is great with narrow stairs. Overall, I’d love to stay here again if I visit.
