フロントのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで良かった！

部屋は日本のアパより狭いくらいで、シャワールームなどはきれいに作ってあります。アムステルダム自体が小さいホテルが多いので、こんなものかと思いました。

隣の部屋の音が聞こえすぎ。うるさくて眠れなかった。 運河のそばにあるからか、窓を開けるとハエが入ってきた。結局、8匹のハエと夜寝ることになった。 階段が急すぎて怖くて使えなかった。（梯子みたいな勾配の上、らせん階段で、ステップの幅が極端に狭い） 周囲が極端にうるさい環境にあり、夜を通して叫び声などに悩まされた。

Hotellet ligger tæt på alt der er en del trapper så det skal man lige tænke på hvis man er dårlig gående.

Room was snug, made good use of the limited space overlooking canal. Great location.

I was warmly welcomed by Rick at check-in, which made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

I loved the location! Close to everything you need in an Amsterdam visit. staff were very lovely especially Rick! Will be coming back :)

Väldigt centralt o bra läge. Trevlig personal. Fräscht o rent på rummet. Frukosten var ok men lite att välja på. Tex bara äggröra och ingen bacon eller annat till. Frukten var inte färsk och uppskuren på plats, kändes mer som konserverad frukt.

That the hotel is very well located is absolutely the only positive aspect about it. After one has dragged one’s luggage up a short but inconvenient set of stairs the reality of where one has booked rapidly sets in. A shabby reception area awaits and we were asked to pay upon checking in. I suspect this is because people take one look at their room and wish to leave. There was nowhere secure to store luggage while we waited for the room to be ready; we were told to put it in the pile with several others just off of the reception area. The room was minuscule even by European standards and the in room safe was so small that it was basically worthless. Also, and this might be very important to some people, there’s no individual heating/air con control in the room. All of this for over €300 per night. Can’t urge you strongly enough to stay elsewhere.

Lovely hotel right on a canal. Centrally located. (Former private mansion canal house.) Walk to Rembrandtplein square and tram stop. Walk to Rokin Metro. Easy to reach central station. Many coffee and dining places in the area.

Helt ok frokost, men spiste de fleste andre steder.

Nice hotel centrally located. Walking distance to museums, restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff.

Everyone from check-in to leaving and needing help with a taxi and going the extra way to speak to the Emergency number at AMAWaterways to get the address for where we meet the boat (I didn't write it down!) and communicate it to the Taxi driver, who was also so nice. The breakfast offered was convenient and good (not great, but good), but it was a very authentic AMS experience for us. The room was small, but had everything we needed for our one night stay. We wanted to be facing the canal and there was a lot of people out on a Friday night that I hadn't realized would be gathering beneath our window. We didn't mind, but take that into consideration if you want to stay at Hotel Nes or a more modern hotel nearby.

Reception staff superb

Toppen läge. En av receptionisterna var fantastisk. Han gav oss många värdefulla tips och skratt. Rummen var lite små men det gjorde inte så mycket då läget var perfekt.

Well located!

Quando fiz a reserva, só dizia que era acesso de escada. Não dizia e nem mostrava prlas fotos que o quarto era com o teto muito rebaixado mostrando lances de escada, tinha lugar que ima pessoa com 1,50cm de altura batia a cabeça. Agora o banheiro era horrível, não tinha box e depois do banho não tinha condições de usar o banheiro. Reclamamos na portaria e o recepcionista Rick foi muito atencioso e conseguimos um pano de chão e uma vassoura para tentar melhorar. No restante o hotel era bem localizado e o café da manhã era bom. Como somos viajantes frequentes e usamos o Hoteis.com , também reclamamos e recebemos um voucher como cortesia.

Good basic room. Certainly no frills but adequate for our needs. Desk staff wasn't especially friendly.
