フロントの方の態度が不適切。

チェックインはスムーズで、部屋の広さも十分でした。シャワーの水圧も満足です。 私が宿泊したのは1階でしたが、土曜日だったので夜遅くまで酒を飲んで帰る人の声や、近くに電車が走っている為定期的に音がしますが、旅行で疲れていたので寝れないほどではありません。 また利用したいと思います。

駅から近く、とても便利でした。部屋に持ち出し可能な携帯があり、観光に役立ちました。

古いクラシックな感じのホテルでした、受付のスタッフはとても優しく、英語も苦手な私にもとても親切にして頂きました、掃除も完璧でした、朝食は、もう少し種類があったらと思いましたが、焼きたてのパンやフィレッツェルが美味しかったです、シャンプー&ボディーシャンプーはbioで良かったのですが、トリートメントは欲しい

駅の目の前に立地していて、値段の割りに広く清潔で、スタッフの対応も親切でした。 ミニバーの水が無料だったこと、wifiの感度が良かったことも高評価です。 受付のスタッフが不在のことがたまにありましたが、待ち時間もそれほど長くなかったのでたいして気になりませんでした

Uバーン駅を出てすぐなのでとても便利です。歩こうと思えばブランデンブルグ門やポツダムプラッツからでも歩いてホテルへ帰ることもでき、またニコラス教会も近くていい場所です。ただ道路に面している部屋でちょっと車の音が気になりました、1階（日本的には2階）だったせいかもしれませんが。ホテル併設のインド料理屋さんも美味しかったです。

良い点→静か、きれい、落ちつける、地下鉄駅のすぐそば。 悪い点→周りに何もない、バスタブがない（シャワーのみ）

すべてにおいて満足できました。 フロントの方もとても親切でした。 周りも静かで落ち着いた環境でしたし、ベルリン大聖堂も徒歩圏内でしたし、地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くで観光の拠点にするのにもとても便利でした。

Very comfortable, very friendly staffs. I want to stay this hotel again when I visit Berlin.

We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchenette. The apartment had character and was clean, however if you are planning on cooking, the kitchenette was very small with minimal implements. The latch to the window was broken, so we were very concerned about setting the smoke alarm off. It was very noisy during the night and the beds were very firm. We did not opt in for the breakfast as it was 19 euro pp and there were three of us. Plenty of bakeries and cafes near buy. Went to the Indian restaurant connected to the hotel. It had fantastic reviews but in our opinion it was average. Laundry service was outrageously expensive which is the case with all hotels we stayed in in Germany. The wash box laundromat was excellent and not too far away.

The elevator broke while we were staying on the sixth floor. We asked for assistance with our large luggage and they refused. By sheer coincidence a cleaning lady saw us and helped on the last floor when we were checking out. Otherwise nice facility and good for a place with a group.

The hotel is clearly aged and would benefit from some upgrades. The light switches were discolored, and the TV was very small compared to today’s standard. Overall, the interior feels dated. On the positive side, the breakfast was good with enough choice, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One downside is the lack of an on-site parking garage. Instead, guests need to use a supermarket garage located about 200–300 meters away. With some renovations, this hotel could match its great location and service quality.

Central placering; god morgenmadsbuffet, noget støj i hotelværelse på 1. sal pga. undergrundsbane - vi fik dog efterfølgende et værelse på 4. sal

Op zich een goed hotel. Een beetje gedateerd, maar schoon en van alles voorzien. Ontbijt was erg goed! Wel jammer dat de schoonmaakster tijdens het ontbijt het nodig vond om te gaan stofzuigen. Prima hotel om als uitvalbasis te gebruiken om Berlijn te verkennen.

Et fint ophold men til 4 stjerner var det ikke havde bestilt business værelse og det levede det bestemt ikke op til

Nice location, we were able to walk to most places. Close to transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment which meant we had loads of space. We would stay there again.

La réception de l’hotel et le personnel est excellent. L’emplacement est très bien situé. Beau séjour!
